Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:-First, yes, I often go to the KIPLING store, because my friends want to buy some backpacks, so sometimes I take a few photos and send to themUntil one day, the store manager told me do not take pictures, so after that I did not take any pictures Again, that day, I did not take any pictures.You can check the store video.-Second, the day I enter the store, I didn't take pictures, I just picked my phone, send a message to my friend, tell her, she likes the bag whit a good deal now , at this moment, the store manager come and told me: if you are not shopping, you can't stand hereI am very angry, because I do nothing , I did not take pictures, just enter the store less than five minutes, why she said to me? Please note that the following is VF Sportswear’s response to Ms. [redacted] complaint ID Number [redacted]  This is the background information, description of the incident as provided by our employees in the [redacted] store and our position on the incident with Ms. Jia [redacted]:...

 ·         Ms. [redacted] is a frequent visitor to the Kipling store in [redacted] ·         Ms. [redacted] comes into the store repeatedly and videos and photographs Kipling merchandise, displays and hang tags. ·         Ms. [redacted] has been told on numerous occasions that she is more than welcome to come into the store but she must reframe from taking any kind of videos or photographs of the merchandise and store. ·         With regard to the day of Ms. [redacted] complaint,  please note that Ms. [redacted] was in the store with a baby in a baby carriage, and she was taking video and photographs of the merchandise and store.   The store manager went over to Ms. [redacted] and requested that she stop taking video and photographs within the store.  Ms. [redacted] became agitated at our store manager,  whom is an African American, and referred to our manager as “Black Lady”.  Our store manager got very offended and asked Ms. [redacted] to  leave the store.  Ms. [redacted] refused and turned the camera on the store manager.  The store manager called our Security Director and he instructed the store to call Outlet Security to escort Ms. [redacted] out of the store.  ·         Outlet Security came to escort Ms. [redacted] out of the store.  Ms. [redacted] left the store but did not take the baby with her.  Once outside, she immediately got on the phone and refused to come inside and take the baby from the store.  The baby was crying because Ms. [redacted] left the store without him.  Ms. [redacted] finally came back in the store and took the baby and left. ·         Again we would like to state that Ms. [redacted] is more than welcome to come into the store but she is not allowed to take videos or photographs of any kind within the Kipling store in any manner.  We also request that she is respectful of all employees within the store.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Thanks.     Best Regards,    [redacted] Director of Intellectual Property and Product Liability VF Sportswear, Inc.
