Review: I have a complaint they didn't do what they promised to.I bought five orders of package on June 1 and June 2 ,and used the code [redacted] promotion for 30%.But on June 3, the same discount code can promotion for 40%.I wrote for a refund , they agreed to back the difference in price in the Alvar Crossbody Bag and Brock Pen Pouches.But the BAGSATIONAL HANDBAG and the HAL EXPANDABLE BACKP cann't give refund because they out of stock.In fact the HAL EXPANDABLE BACKP had in stock when the discount code can promotion for 40%,In addition the BAGSATIONAL HANDBAG has been in stock.when I provided some screenshots that can proved I'm just telling the truth,and they give me an incredible letter.They would not be able to honor any discounts for my orders on their site and have cancelled any price matches for the orders.Because they be suspicious of me resale.Please take out evidence to prove it,Otherwise refund the difference to me.Desired Settlement: They had email to me that" we are able to offer price adjustments to our promotions for 7 days of order placement provided we can contacted during that time and the item is still in stock. Please note the [redacted] promotion for 40% is only valid on clearance items only",please done it!The total of refund is $116,thanks.(p.s. my english is not very well,thanks for your work.)

Review: At 20 Sep. 2015 , I placed an order at [redacted], the order number was [redacted],it contained two DAWSON LAPTOP BACKPA. The seller sent the package at 22 Sep, the tracking number was [redacted] .But the package just only one bag in it, and the list in the package showed that the order only was contained of one DAWSON LAPTOP BACKPA , the summary was $64.97.When I placed the order ,I paid for this order $134.98 by credit card.Desired Settlement: I hope the seller can delivery the missing bag to me!

this order. The address, email and

order number are the same as [redacted].

The consumer’s order was shipped in two different

packages. The tracking numbers are

[redacted] and [redacted].

Both of these packages were delivered on 9/28/15 to the address requested by the consumer and signed by the same

person “[redacted]”. These packages

were sent to a freight forwarding company at the consumer's request. The consumer will

need to reach out to the freight forwarder for information regarding the

whereabouts of the other package.

We have attached a copy of the tracking detail from [redacted] regarding the

delivery in the attached PDF file.

The consumer has been informed of the details of the delivery and a copy of that email is attached as well.

Review: Dear officer,My name is [redacted],On January 20,2015,I made an order on [redacted].The [redacted] have charged me the amount for three items, but it got only two.I had bought two"Ravier backpack"and one wallet wriatl on that order but I only received one"Ravier backpack"and one wallet wriatl.I tried to contact with the customer support.Unfortunatelly,[redacted] did not want to resolve the problem,they thought I should take the responsibility. They said they shipped together the both Ravier Backpacks by the [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. I tracked the [redacted] number which they gived to me.It only appeared that the [redacted] Label created on 01,21,2015,then it had not any update till now.It's a wrong [redacted] number clearly.My received backpack 's ups number is [redacted],and the shipping weight is 1.8 lbs. the backpack I received is 1.72 pounds. It means there is no goods missing in transit.And this weight is only one backpack's clearly.So I think the [redacted] had made a wrong delivery.So I had to ask help from you. Review: In July 25 I bought three backpacks in [redacted], the order number is: [redacted], discounted total price is $ 203.97, but I have not received the parcel, I track [redacted] company number [redacted], queries to a man named "[redacted]" a sign of my package, but I do not know this person, I e-mail [redacted], they have refused to deal with! I contacted the shipping company [redacted], the other side told me: My parcel was wrong address, correct shipping address I filled in online shopping when: [redacted], but their delivery address: [redacted], not my sign, [redacted] still find this package, [redacted] if you find will be directly returned to their company, while [redacted] also informed their company, please give me back my purchase goods or sent it to us refund to me!Desired Settlement: please give me back my purchase goods or sent it to us refund to me!

Review: I received the package,it should contains 3 items.but the onf of the items was shorted,I contacted them at least three times,first,they promise to refund the item.But they did not issue credit,then I contacted them again ten days ago,they promise they will contact me within two business days,but I did not receive any reply within ten day,today,I contacted them again,they said,they not responsilbe for the order.What a funny company!!Desired Settlement: Refund

I have been asked to respond to the Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted] – Case No. [redacted] that you sent to [redacted] in our Martinsville location. I spoke with your co-worker, and she told me that I could simply e-mail our response directly to you.

Please note that Mr. [redacted] ordered three (3) KIPLING bags on March 26, 2014 and requested that the merchandise be shipped to a freight forwarder at the address listed below:

All the merchandise was shipped by [redacted] Two (2) of the bags where signed and received in package number [redacted] on March 31, 2014 and the third bag was shipped in package number [redacted] and signed and delivered on March 28, 2014. We have attached the screen shots of the delivery verification including signature.

If Mr. [redacted] did not receive all his merchandise, he will have to contact his freight forwarder with any missing items. They would be responsible for any lost packages since we have verification that all of his order was received by the freight forwarder.

I did receive two shipments,but it did not contain all items.Just like you ordered 5 items from me,but I forget to ship all items,I only send you 3 items,and then the package was signed for,I also can give you the signature although I did not ship all items.
