I spoke with Carol today. She indicated that she had spoke with Financial Decisions on separate occasions and Financial Decisions told her to send the distribution Form to us. I don’t understand this because we had to forward it back to Financial Decisions to get the processing
information. Carol mentioned a Form “T” that would have allowed her to take the distribution without Federal withholding, given her disability. She indicated she would send the SEC and the Revdex.com a statement releasing MrKipp from any wrongdoing. When we receive this statement we will forward same. J*** ** ***Kipp Financial Group
