Review: I am writing to you to regretfully report the damage done to my car on several occasions by the staff at the ICON PARKING in Hudson View Garage located at [redacted] . I have a monthly parking arrangement with the garage. Car make and model: BMW Grey 335 To give some back ground information, I have been parking my car for almost a year at the ICON Parking (Hudson View Garage). In the initial months, there were several damages to the rear bumper. I asked the staff how can we avoid this in the future. They asked me to get a bumper guard. I took their advice and installed a bumper guard. The scratches, scuffs and dent's still did not stop from happening over the months to the rear bumper on the sides where bumper guard does not reach. I was not too happy but I was tolerating it. On may [redacted] , I pick up my car and notice there are dents and scrape marks on the door (passenger side) so badly where the paint has worn off. Now, this is not acceptable.The car which looked new before I started parking is now looking 10 years old thanks to careless handling of the staff. I would also tip the staff from time to time hoping they would handle with care. But that does not seem to have made any difference. I reported this to the manager at the lot and he said he will send it to the body shop to fix it but he has not. I have repeatedly asked him about the repairs ever since and he is not able to tell me if he can or not. He says he will get back to me but fails to do so every single time.Desired Settlement: I would like ICON Parking to fix the dents, bumps and scratches caused by the garage staff due to careless handling.

The management did not completely address my issue. They only fixed the scratches on the doors but no fix was provided to the damage done to the rear bumper. Could you please relay this message back to ICON parking so they could address my issue.
