I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] says it was not high pressure and yet the first gentleman was there for hours and did not leave when I asked him to repeatedlyWhen he did finally leave after I did finally become angry, he got into the van with Mr***, drove away and minutes later came back!!!! Yes we did hug, (no I did not invite them back next time they were in the area) and as I have said before by that time my husband and I were both tired!!! It is not unlike when a suspect is interrogated for hours and finally admits something he/she didn't do just to be done with the process...Our vacuum cleaner is working fine now, but I do NOT think it lives up to the hype and believe we could have gotten something just as nice for much cheaper....I do realize that we made a bad decision, I also think that the high pressure techniques used are despicable

Kirby's are the best vacuum ever made.

Two men showed up at my door stating they had a raffle for Free Grocery Drawing $1000 and it was free to sign up; then pushed their way into my home stating they would give a free demonstration of their Kirby vacuums. I was not interested; he asked what I use for a vacuum and I told him a Shark, that I loved my Shark, and am not interested. The tall man said his new "Employee", a young African American male with the name "Marquis" would just vacuum a small area on my living room carpet to demonstrate how awesome these vacuums are. I was very uncomfortable with these two men; they seemed to be looking too intensely at my house and were fast talking but not really explaining the purpose of their being here. I am in the midst of remodeling my son's bedroom and all of the contents of his room are in my living room, i.e. things to sell, things to give away, a lot of miscellaneous "stuff" and so told these men its too messy to do anything and perhaps another time would be better. This story goes on but not enough space to totally explain all that took place. All I can say is DO NOT ALLOW anyone from this "company" to set foot in your house. Horrible and scary experience and I am kicking myself for falling for it.
