I allowed one of the Kirby representatives to come to my house to perform a demonstration. First, they did not bring the hardwood floor buffer as requested, but assured me that it came with the purchase (along with a host of other attachments). After about a month of communication, the seller finally comes back to say that the attachments WILL NOT be ordered. When I try to cancel my purchase by the date listed on the contract, I find out that this business has COMPLETELY forged and altered the contract, my signature, dates, and EVEN the financial agreement!!!! This is completely illegal and fraudulent. It was even sent to the finance company under the impression that this was a legal agreement. NO ONE has even contacted me to address this forgery even after I made the company aware of this. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!! Guard your social security numbers, personal information, and DO NOT let them in your homes!! This is obviously their standard way of doing business which is completely unacceptable and illegal.
