For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.? Im surprise to see him write in there that he offered to switch the handleHe never explained that he cleaned the handle, and the thing is the vacumn is used on a daily basis so for us to say it was never used in years? Why would we have him replace a part and clean it if we don’t use it often? During the process of trying to solve the issue he never made an attempt to make it rightHe couldn’t even look at us in the face and say what happened to our handleI fee that since we’ve reached out to Revdex.com he’s now aware of how serious we are about bring in our vacumn and totally getting a crap vacumn in replaceI gave him a chance at the store and said if he broke our original handle he owes us a new handle, but all he did was laugh and said look at your hub it’s yellowWe’re not that dumbIt isn’t that hard to change our original hub color to match the yellow handleI don’t feel this is right and he should own up to his mistakeThat even means if he switched out our vacumn I want the truthHe had the vacum for daysHe knows what he did and I want him admit itLaughing while we were talking about the change of our vacumn and why it’s yellow and not grey anymoreHe couldn’t even look at us and tell us the truthA liar will never make eye contact especially when he knows that he messed with the wrong customerI wanted to take this step first before taking him to small claim courtI won’t let bad business owners do this to another customerIf he gave our vacumn to someone else admit your fault, but you have to make it right.? Company states that this customer is a repeat customerCame in last week to get it fixedThe company said that they wanted a repair and clean upCompany did it, consumer picked it up and took it homeThe next day, the came in and said that the handle was differentCompany said that they cleaned
it, but didn't change handle itCompany advised it was yellow and it should be a cream colorCompany asked the consumer to look at their hubcapsCompany said that the brush marks show that someone paintedCustomer's son said that they aren't talking about the hub cabsCompany said that they are as it was paintedConsumer then leftCompany states that the consumer advised that they hadn't used it awhileCompany states that while they did not change the handle, they would be willing to give the consumer a used handle if they feel it would resolve the issuesIf the consumer wants to bring it in, they will put the handle onThey don't have new one as it is years old, but they will provide a used cream handle
