I have a sunroom from Scenic View Product leaks and panels separated after a short time Inquired at the showroom about problems but no one was available to assist me I left my number for someone to contact me ....never got a return call Problem got much worse and now they want to charge me just to have someone come out to look at it and of course charge to fix it So much for their so called warranty Never waste your money on this product...clearly they don't care about customer service

I am rejecting this response because:The snarky remark that I am accounting clerk has nothing to do with their withholding verbal information to a client. I am not an accountant; I scan & file papers all day. I am a CLERK. I took at face value the word of MrBrinegar, when he said, while filling out the contract, that it was going to be $and not anymore than that. I also heard him say the amount per month, but did not know that he had added in the interest of $500. Thus, NO, I did not do the math in my head.They clearly are conscience free of any wrong doing in their sneaky practices. I know my error was in just trusting friendly people who are excellent at their deceptiveness. I should not have taken them for their word (or lack there of) or been so naïve as too not read over the contract fully before signing. I have learned a very valuable lesson; and a very expensive one. I will never trust any one ever again as long as I live

I had work done by Kenneth's shop There were and still are outstanding issues with the work I have tried repeatedly to get him to fix and address these issues Kenneth will not make good on his guarantee I have written statements and quotes that this work is of poor quality I will never bring anything to his shop again

I would not recommend this company. They promised delivery of the custom built Sun Room they installed in eight weeks and would start as soon as it arrived however it took 12 weeks They promised 1 week install and it took 12 weeks. They promised full view but there is an 18 inch solid wall in the middle of the back wall. They promised to set in electric outlets but they were going to attach them to the walls so they protruded into the room. I had to purchase in-floor outlets and no reimbursement was given. They promised to pull permits but then did not. When I questioned them about it they said if was not required as they were only adding to the existing 12'x16' deck. When I called codes and permits I was told a permit was required. They then promised to give me a signed letter promising to pay for any issues and fines that ever came up about not having pulled a permit. They did not deliver on that letter. I was holding final payment but the owner, Walt, and business manager, Greg, assured me they would send it to me but really needed the payment as they had a cash flow issue and would be unable to pay any of their help for the week if I did not pay that day. I really liked the crew who did the work so I relented and paid. Still no letter. I think the final product is poor and the 18" wall in the middle is not in keeping with what a sun room's design is supposed to be. After they received their first payment, customer service was not to be had. The salesman, Jimmy, took weeks to respond to any phoned inquiries and grossly over promised the quality and look of the finished product. I was told there was nothing that could be done about the 18 wide wall in the middle of the back wall. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Have not received our down payment back . It has been 15 days . Not counting weekends.They picked up the Kirby on the 11 of July we were told we were to have a down payment of the vacuum and carpet cleaner back within 10 days . We still do not have either of the items and it is now August 4 , 2014 it is 15 days into the waiting period. not including weekends . I have not been able to clean my house since they took my machines.Desired SettlementEither the equipment back we had a dirt devil vacuum and a spot cleaner carpet cleaner or the money back to replace the equipment. I think it is only fair that they should do this . Despite the vendor/vendee relationship between the Company and its distributorships, the Company takes complaints against it independent distributorships very seriously. Purchased wrong replacement supplies for kirby vacuum. Have receipt. Items are/remain unopened and unused. Retailer will not accept return/exchange.Hello. I purchased replacement supplies for my kirby vacuum about 10 days ago, I haven't used my machine in a while, so was not aware of the exact supplies I needed - some models seem to use different parts, bags, etc. - and let the local Kirby supply vendor direct me. Unfortunately, some of the supplies were the wrong type and I needed to return them. All items remain unopened & unused, and I still have the original receipt. The vendor is not accepting the return, even with the card & receipt, and even though the items are unopened and unused. I've been down to the retailer twice already, and am planning to go again when the owner is present. [redacted] was rude and insulting during both return attempts. I am seeking a full refund, though there is no compensation for their employees insults and rudeness. Thank you and best regards.Business' Initial ResponseI was told she bought the wrong bags for her machine. She was told to bring bags in and we could exchange them for the right bag. We have signs in our store NO REFUND ON BAGS. I called her today and left her a message on her phone. Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)There were no signs that we were made aware of - neither my mother during her purchase or attempts return, nor myself during my 2 attempts to return this item: once with [redacted] and once with [redacted] - and we were not verbally told of the return policy during purchase. Both [redacted] and his [redacted] were inappropriate in their response to our questions about their return policy, becoming argumentative when asked why we were not informed at any time during any of our visits, and both stated that it is not their policy to advise customers on the return process before a return is attempted.
