I had a demonstration with no intentions of buying a Kirby whatsoever After just a few minutes in I was so impressed The sales woman was very nice and personable She really did a good job I have a traffic pattern spot at the top of my stairs which other carpet cleaning companies have not been able to get as clean as she did with the kirby demo The mattress and pillow cleaning is amazing tooI couldn't believe what the demo vacuumed out of my carpets, throw pillow and a mattress My old electrolux vacuum wouldn't touch the power of the kirby I don't find it heavy but very easy to maneuver It amazing for cleaning stairs and wood floors too I haven't used the shampooer yet but will soon It's pricey but an investment that will keep my home cleaner and family with allergies healthier I am happy with my Kirby Special Thanks to the owner for promptly returning my call
I am thrilled with my new Kirby As a long time owner of Kirby vacuum, I was not sure I needed to have a salesman come to my house to show me the newest model I am glad I did, turns out my vacuum was not working properly and I had literlly worked it to death! As a Landlord, I use it nearly daily and I am happy to have a new Kirby I was even able to get a credit to return my older model to the company It is a WIN-WIN!! ***

The Kirby is by far the best vacuum on the marketI can't say enough good things about it Even better than vacuum was the service I received from Kirby of Concord They were professional, passionate about the product, and not pushy I never once felt pressured They listened to my needs and showed me how they could meet those needs
Kirby of Concord was referred to me by a close friend of mineI had never heard of Kirby before thisThey sent a representative to my house (Shane) & he discussed all that the vacuum can doMy fiance & I really noticed what it could do, when he took our Dyson vacuum and went over the same spot times & then said, "now that I did that, there shouldn't be any dirt or anything left there, right?" We both said, there is no way there is anything thereWith just hovering the Kirby over one single spot for less than second & then turning it off, he picked up so much dirt and grime, it was truly unbelievable & shocking to see what was still there, that our Dyson vacuum did not pick up!
He continued to do several sections of my condo & even did the top of our mattrres pad cover and that picked up so much dirt, grime, dead skin - it was really repulsive to know what was still there, even though it stuff that we vacuum a couple times a week
I would highly recommend this vacuum to everyone, as it's a great long term (they say 40+ years) investment! The reason that the Kirby vacuum is better than any other vacuum out there is based on how many different things it can do (vacuum anything & everything, shampoo carpets, floors, tile, blow up beach balls & air beds, spray paint, etc.)
The major difference between a Kirby vacuum and any other vacuum is that it's not a surface vacuum! it gets everything in between the cracks that you don't see if left from any other vacuum!

Just purchased our Kirby on Labor Day and my husband spent about hours yesterday vacuuming our home from top to bottom and shampooing all the carpeted roomsIT IS AMAZING! Our home is years old and the carpets were starting to have that grayish tinge to themWell, they look new now! And, it was embarrassing how much more this vacuum sucks out of the carpeting by comparison to the Kenmore we hadWe highly recommend this vacuum!
