Please do not do business with this company. I purchased the kirby avalir vacuum, but cancelled the order within the 3 days. Two months on, my deposit hasn't been returned, and I'm still being charged each month through the financing company. I've called, and always told Don would get back to me. It's sad that kirby makes such a good product, but is being represented by a crooked salesman. They will lie and steal your money.

Review: I bought a Kirby Vacuum with the assumption that I could return the product with in 30 days. I have contacted the dealer, the sells rep, and even the loan company. I do know in the contract it says 3 days. However, it has already broken and I am unable to stop the loan payment. I am waiting for a return call from the manager, the contract that I have, has a forged signature on the paper work of Brandon R[redacted], he was not at my home when the contract was signed. This has to be a void in the contract, I just want to return the product and stop the loan from going through, I feel like this is going to be a long process so my 30 days are up and then I can't do anything about it, the contract was signed on 5/19/16.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the product and stop the loan payment. I don't even want my old vacuum that they took back. I will just go buy one from the store.

Review: I purchased a Kirby vacuum on 9/25/14. I paid a total of 1378.00 plus the demonstrator took my old vacuum. On my contract it says I have 3 days to cancel and return the product. The demonstrator was supposed to call me the next day to drop off sweeper bags, shampoo and a hard floor kit which was promised and written on the contract. She never called so I called her and left a message saying I wanted to return the product since I did not get what was promised. She never returned my call and after that I called her two more times and left messages. After giving her a week to call back, I decided to go to the main office in Uniontown and they said since she was an independent representative they could not refund my money but would leave a message for her to call me. She never did and since then I have called and emailed the main Kirby company several times asking for a full refund plus $200 to purchase a new vacuum since she took mine. Every person I talked to said they will not refund my money. I believe this company is not as reputable as I thought and I am very disappointed and feel that I have been ripped off. All I want to do is return the product and get my $1378 I paid plus $200 to purchase a new vacuum since she took my old one. She also said the Kirby is guaranteed for life but if I can not even get what I paid for how will I ever get anyone to repair it if no one will even call me back? I do not want anything to do with this company and will accept nothing less than a full refund.Desired Settlement: Return product and get a Refund of 1378.00 plus $200 to purchase a new vacuum.

Review: I had purchased a Kirby from an employee that worked for Uniontown Kirby. When Brain S[redacted] has came out to finish the sell I was told that I had life time warranty. (which I have a peper he gave me stating the lifetime warranty) In may 2015 our vacuum had stopped working. We have only had it a few months, there is no reason it should have stopped. When I had taken it to Kirby the lady I spoke with told me there is only a 3 year limited warranty. Then when they finished fixing my Kirby I was told that I had to pay for the labor that warrant didn't cover that. After phone calls back and fourth and me having the tell them I was going to call the police they returned my sweeper at no cost. But the Kirby still does not run right, it seems like a piece of junk. I had already paid it completely off and they said they will not honor the life time guarantee of the sweeper, even though I have the paper.Desired Settlement: We would like to return the Kirby to them and be refunded our money.
