Review: I cancelled the order within the time frame required and the company came to my house and picked up the product. However they failed to send in my cancellation to the credit company who has been charging me for the product. The credit company is unable to cancel without Kirby calling to verify. When speaking. With the creditor, they advised that the owner called them and stated that they are at a dealer convention and can't verify, but when I called the Kirby company the receptionist advised they are on vacation and no one else there can call the creditor to confirm the cancellation. I followed the correct cancellation procedure/ policy, however they have failed on their end. A simple phone call to cancel is needed. I was told that they will be gone for another week.Desired Settlement: Need cancellation sent in to creditor in order to be issued a refund from creditor in the amount that has been automatically withdrawn.
