Review: Over a year ago, a friend of mine used Kirby in LaCrosse, WI and (without my knowledge or permission) gave my contact information to them as a referral for a "coupon." Kirby of Madison has since then called my cell phone repeatedly to offer me the "coupon" despite me asking them to stop and delete my information from their system every time they call. My friend has also contacted Kirby and asked them to stop the calls. At this point, I consider it harassment.

The most recent call was today by "Ama" from ###-###-#### at 10:35 AM. She did not comply with my request to remove my information from the system, did not apologize and attempted to continue with her sales pitch about the "coupon." I informed her I would be making a Revdex.com complaint as a result.Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING ME and remove my contact information from your database

This all started on June 1, 2015. We shipped our Kirby in to be repaired. Here it is June 25, 2015 and I called Kirby in Madison and I'm told they shipped this out USPS yesterday and I've been informed it's 2-3 more days. I will never recommend this place to a single sole, and I will never purchase another Kirby as long as I live. You purchase a Kirby by the time your done paying for it, you've spent over 2,000.00 then they tell us at the Madison office we are not in there system as a Kirby owner, so they needed to contact the warranty department to see if our Vac was covered under warranty. What an absolute cluster from the get go, and still is on going. Try going a month without a vacuum and having 2 dogs and a 5 year old and 2 adults. Absolutely I was not going out to purchase another vac, when there is not reason at all it had too take this long. Absolutely disgusted with this place, and the gal that answers the phones should not be working. Her phone etiquette is awful and she has the I don't care attitude.
