Contracted with Jay's Precision Pools on 4/20/to replace liner in our backyard pool The pool was covered at the time with Safety Cover Jay indicated that due to scheduling, the job would be completed just after Memorial Day I agreed and signed the contract and paid deposit ($2400) on the spot He left a brochure, told me to select a liner and indicated that he would come out for more complete measurements soon but that I didn't need to be home for this I followed up on 5/1/with the selection of our liner and asked for confirmation of timing Jay indicated that they would measure in the next "week or 2" and was planning an early June installation There was no communication until 5/31/when I emailed Jay asking for confirmation that the job would be completed as scheduled (i.ethe next two weeks) He responded that the schedule had been pushed back 1-weeks because of "all the rain" and he would be back in touch Again, no word from Jay, so I emailed on 6/
