Very poor service and the service manager was a jerk on a couple of my phone calls. Our church's commercial refrigerator had a temperature controller that went out. We called Kirby for repair. Took 3 weeks to show up on May 25. Order part and returned to replace the part. The worker acted odd and somewhat inebriated. He broke the lens cover over the refrigerator light. I watched as he fumbled and just jerked it out splitting the light cover. He wrote on the work order that it was dry rotted and broke in a million pieces. It split and remained in one piece. He ordered a new one and it took until November 21 to complete the job. On the final invoice the church was charged $549 for the thermostat. I found it online retail for $121 and $177. My total bill was $913.32. After multiple calls and 6 months to finish the job we settled on $672.61 to replace a $121.00 part. (Oh yea, when it new light cover was installed they broke a piece of the new thermostat's molding off and crinkled the light cover."
