Kirby's Cycle Repair

Review: Johnny Kirby is notorious in this area for accepting motor cycles/four-wheelers from customers to do repair work and not completing them in a timely manor. He is known to keep these machines for an average of 6 months to several years. He has kept mine at his shop for approximately 4 years. I contact him about every other month or so,trying not to bother him,and he always says that he's 'been working on it'. The last time I spoke to him in person he did have mine torn apart to start replacing parts, but that was after about 2 1/2 to 3 years had passed. I told him that if he didn't want to work on it to just tell me. He stated that he 'just had other small projects to do in front of it' and that he would get to mine next and might have it done by the weekend coming up and would call me. I've heard that line several times from him before. He is very knowledgeable in what he does, but to begin work on a machine and then make excuses to not finish it for years while other parts on it ruin out in the elements is inexcusable! Please help me and other concerned customers speed him up. Thank you for any consideration to this matter.Desired Settlement: I just want the parts that I paid for in advance, and that he now has in his shop, put on my four-wheeler and it returned in the condition that I brought it to him (IE. What was all new graphics are now brown due to being left outside for so long). I do not have an issue with paying for labor services rendered.
