I am rejecting this response because: Harry, the owner of Kirby's Hitch... is LYING. Explain how this damage could NOT be done to the vehicle, when his shop was the only one to remove the bumper, lights, and ripping off the fender flares so they brake... not a proper un-install of the parts to install the hitch. The pictures speak for themselves... Harry's shop were the only ones to touch my vehicle, and how else can the damage be done? At this time, the charges have been disputed with the bank and I have shown them the damage as well, they agree the charge would be reversed, and it has. I have also filed a claim with my insurance company and they will proceed with collecting the money to repair my vehicle, which was $1,000. So Harry will be hearing from State Farm soon as he has still refused to contact me in any way to resolve this outside of Revdex.com. Oh... and this is the first time I ever heard from the owner, almost 2 months after the incident. As far as inspecting the vehicle when I picked it up... they rushed me inside to pay first, then immediately closed and locked the door, because they knew they did damage to my vehicle and never intended to tell me. Again, this business is completely unprofessional and a scam. Every shop I have taken it to for an estimate says the ONLY WAY THESE PARTS COULD BRAKE IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF THE TRAILER HITCH. Again and again, Harry lies. I am no longer dealing with this issue as it has been turned over to collections, and fraud.

I found Kirby's while visiting a friend in Loveland from Boulder and stopped in to discuss how I could raise my 5th wheel trailer. I was given an estimate without first seeing my trailer so I could get an idea on cost and benefits. Upon making an appointment to bring in my trailer, staff were available upon my arrival and an inspection of the trailer was done. The final quote was very close to the original estimate with the difference being additional work/parts I wanted installed. The final results of their work exceeded my expectations and the trailer now rides higher and smoother than prior to having this work performed. I was so pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and ease to work with of Kirby's, I had additional work done to my RV that again was as quoted, professionally executed and right the first time. I see no reason to take my business elsewhere.

I am rejecting this response because:They did not tell me anything about the owner on vacation, in fact they assured me he would call me back by the end of the day that I first reported it to them, which he still has not.
