I hired Brad (Kirch Excavating) to do some work that did not require any special equipment I was charged outrageous per-hour fee of $per hour for spreading dirt (by hand) and assembling PVC to extend downspouts Apparently that is his minimum rate My complaint is that he should have made clear his rate up front(and I should have asked, my bad) I can only imagine his rate with use of special equipment He is personable and good about explaining things, and did acceptable work, but I highly recommend getting something in writing from him before commencing with any work

My complaint is that he should have made clear his rate up front. (and I should have asked, my bad) I can only imagine his rate with use of special equipment. He is personable and good about explaining things, and did acceptable work, but I highly recommend getting something in writing from him before commencing with any work.
