Review: I restore vintage watches. I sent Kirk Dial 5 watch dials for restoration on May 20, 2013 with a promised turnaround time of 2 weeks. They were confirmed delivered on May 23. After many phone calls, I received 3 dials on June 26,2013. When I was finally able to get through to them, they proceeded to tell me they did not have the other 2 dials, that I had only send them 3 dials. I confirmed that I sent 5 dials (I have a photo of the 5) and asked them to check again. They were supposed to get back to me and they have not. In the meantime, I had sent them another dial (a Rolex Oyster Royal dial) on June 7, which has never been restored or returned. It was promised to be finished June 27. It is impossible to reach them. They phone number just goes to an answering machine that says "if you have reached this number, we are helping another customer. Please call back later". No matter how many times you call, you can never get through.I have tracking receipts and photos of the dials I have sent to them.Desired Settlement: I would like my dials returned to me finished. I have tracking receipts and photos of the dials that I have sent to them.
