Review: I had talked with an agent by the name of [redacted] about getting quotes on homeowners & auto insurance after speaking with [redacted] I decided that I wanted to use them. [redacted] had explained to me that for my auto I would be billed through my checking account in the amount of 122.00 for 6 months and that the 1st installment would be withdrawn on Oct 23, 2014. We then discussed my homeowners policy and he had asked me how I wanted to pay that and I said to him I do not want that taken out of my checking account I want a paper bill for that and he said no problem and when the paper bill came to me I would have ten days from the start date of policy to pay the first payment of 40% of which it came out be 181.00. Well on Oct 23rd I received an email from Allstate stating that 181.00 would be taken out of my checking account so I immediately sent [redacted] an email asking him what that was. The reason for the email and not a phone call was b/c it was late in the evening and his office was closed. Well the next day Oct 24th I didn't hear from him so I called him and asked him what was going on I never authorized that and he agreed that it was an error on his part and he said he would try and get it put back into my checking account, while on the phone with [redacted] I had called my bank who said the money was taken out of checking account on Oct 23, 2014 and I couldn't not stop payment, at that point I told [redacted] that I had other checks that were going to bounce b/c of error that he made and he said he would try to get in touch with the company to see how fast they could reverse the money back into account. [redacted] told me he would keep me updated as to what was going on. The next day Friday Oct 25th I tried calling him but he was not at work, the Office Manager [redacted] was there but on another line so I left message to call me and no return call, I have been trying to reach both [redacted] & [redacted] to correct this issue and asking them to pay for the fees the bank has charged me which was 74.00 for my other checks bouncing b/c they took out an unauthorized payment and I am not getting anywhere b/c no one is returning my calls. The woman by the name of [redacted] keeps telling me they aren't there so I leave a voicemail along with emails and I get no response. At this point they took my money for my auto of 122.00 and 181.00 for homeowners and a charge of 74.00 on my checking account and I can't get any answers from them. I would also like to mention that [redacted] has also made mistakes on my policies in regards to name being spelled incorrectly and a name missing so I don't even know if I'm getting insurance at this point and if those corrections were made.Desired Settlement: I want them to put the 181.00 back into my checking account b/c it was not authorized and I also want them to pay the bank charges of 74.00 b/c of their error.
