Review: Kirk Paving was contracted to fix and pave our private street and parking lot. A month after the work was completed they came back to patch up areas that were improperly done and starting to come out and have damage. The patching only lasted about 45 more days. Since then we have tried to contact them many times, talking to several different people over the last 9 months but the only action they have taken was to send over personnel that looked at the problems and stated they would informer the office of what needed to be done. We try to follow up with only the offer to call us back.Desired Settlement: They should stand by their work and word. They need to come by to repair all the cracks that are happening as well as all the holes that are on the pavement. We expect them to also honor the patches they would do with some extended warranty as it has been 9+ months since we started to try to contact them to fix the issues.
