First let me apologize for the length of time for our response. I have been on medical leave and did not return to work until 9/25/17. I have taken this complaint under review. Our mutual customer did have a vehicle towed due to being double parked. Our tow truck driver took
pictures of the vehicle prior to it being towed. We have pictures clearly showing the customer's vehicle over the line in the parking lot. The amount of $was charged. This amount consisted of the tow fee of $plus the use of dollys for a fee of $50.00. There were no other fees that would have been charged to this vehicle/customer at the time of pick upAdditional fees for storage would have only been charge after the first hours at our location. Storage fees are $per day after the first hours. So, I am at a loss as to where the additional fee of $would have come from. However the fee for the towing with dollys for being double parked per the Property manager was justified. We hope that this will settle this matter
