I am rejecting this response because: I was NOT told "numerous times" that my patio was improperly installed! It was suggested once on May 6, when Kirkbride sent their contractor to look at my patioI will tell you as a I told him, why would it take years for the patio to degrade to the point where I would want maintainance if it were improperly installed? That just seems like regular wear and tear to meThe gentleman who came out remarked that the sand being washed out was in fact NOT polymer sand and suggested it was the installer who went cheapI pointed out that the sand he was referring to was the TOP LAYER material and therefore would have to be the result of the work HIS CREW performedIf Kirkbride knew my patio was installed improperly and told me "numerous times" then why did the send someone out to repair the work I am complaining about now in November? That seems as if they accept culpabilityThey even suggested if I had more issues to contact themWhen I did in January, I got no responseSame thing in MarchOnly once I contacted the Revdex.com did communication open againI have weeds, moss, missing sand and moving pavers less than a year from this job being completedThe man who came in May stated, "Ive never seen anything like this." That means it's not right and accountability needs to be held for poor workmanship

Our service tech did meet with Ms ***, and as discussed with her she does have an issue with her gutter above the patio where the issues are occurring. The gutter is apparently overflowing with rains and flooding the patio in the problem area. As a result excessive amounts of water are laying in that area and washing out the patio. As explained, in our previous response. We did not install the patio, and do not agree with how the steps were built (built on sand). We have done all that we can do and yes we did extend a courtesy to Ms *** and came out to try to fix the issue. I do wish that Ms *** would have told us about the gutter issues sooner, and this could have all been fixed. Ms *** needs to have her gutter repaired

Ms *** has been informed numerous times about her patio. As explained, we did not install the patio or steps at her home. The patio was not installed properly with base material, instead a substantial amount of sand was used to set the pavers. As a result, the pavers are washing
out. We explained that we could clean, apply joint compound and seal the pavers, however, there was never a guarantee. As far as the color, the pavers were never sealed and maintained, and there is only so much you can do with sealer, however, she expressed that she was happy with the patio once completed. We have done all we can do with the patio. The only option she has is contacting the original installer and having them correct the problem. My service employee Eric M*** has spoken with Ms*** and scheduled Friday, May to meet with her at the patio and discuss the problems. Our hopes are that she can understand the problem with the patio and the improper installation
