I am rejecting this response because Kirkland Buick GMC refuses to correct their mistake by following the original agreementThe justification they provided in their email was "You actually saved money on your lease by doing the pre paid" while my request is doing the business as mutually agreed. We appreciate his feedback This matter has been settled, and every effort was made with the consumer to communicate total deposits given and total price While the document shows a $5,deposit, and the remaining cash required for purchase, we understand his frustration of not
understanding the legal PO required for Washington State
We wish him well in his endeavors, and appreciate his feedback

We have reached out to Mr*** and are discussing options While signing paperwork Mr*** opted to switch to a one pay lease in leu of payments We sincerely value his business, and are working with him on options to ensure he is satisfied.Many thanks,Kirkland Buick GMC

When Mr***'s key chain was lost, the dealership paid for his locks to be changed andfor new keys to be madeLater, he
advised the dealership that his wedding ring was also on thekey chainThe dealership thereupon issued a check to him for the loss of his wedding ring.However, the key chain together with the wedding right was then found and returned to Mr.***, and he returned the check for the loss of the wedding ring.At this point, it is my understanding that the matter has been resolvedIf you need anyadditional information, please contact me directly.

We have spoken with the customer, and appreciate his feedback
The rebate given on the transaction date, was a private offer amount the customer provided to us prior to the sale. We did not have access to the amount he would receive, as the rebate in question was already redeemed by
another dealership he had worked a deal with. The customer provided an email from the prior dealership of the amount $579.36, which was used for the sale transaction
Once the vehicle was delivered, the customer contacted the dealership as he recognized the private offer amount would increase. Our personnel was not able to confirm this amount, as the dollar amount submitted to GM was the original $documented
On Sept 20th of this month, GM paid an excess amount $750. We confirmed with the customer that he was correct, and we sent him a check for the difference amount immediately
Our dealership does not retain any rebates, and private offers which are mailed to consumers are taken at face value when consumers provided to the dealership. Any discrepancies to amounts are sent to consumers immediately

My investigation shows that Mr*** and *** *** completed an online
joint creditapplication and submitted it to Kirkland Buick GMC which authorized the credit requestfrom the credit reporting agenciesThat.application included personal information thatcould only have been provided by Mr *** and Ms***The application format alsocontains a specific disclosure that by providing the information, the applicants approvethe submission of a credit request to the credit reporting agencies
Since Mr*** and Ms*** authorized the credit request, I am baffled by theirallegation that the credit inquiry was unauthorizedI hope this provides sufficientinformation to you relative to your inquiry into this matter.*** ***
