We closed a pool at [redacted] in Hingham on October 28th the job name is listed as [redacted] ***We did do a proper pool closingWe did not just cover the pool, we lowered the water with a gas pump (which we carry on our service vans)Blew out the pool lines using an extension cord and outlet with the potable air compreser ( which we also carry in our vans)We plugged the lines with rubber plugsThe filter was cleaned with a garden hose with tap waterWe added shock and algaecide (which also is carried on the vans) prior to covering the poolThe filter system does not need to be running for any reason during a pool closingThe customer asked for PM and were told we do not do specific timesWe have called many times to try and resolve the issue, but have not heard backWe also have not been paid for the pool closing

to whom it may concern, I was contacted by mr, [redacted] in november and asked to repair a skimmer leak I sent two men over there to take a look at the problem and after exposing the skimmer we saw that the skimmer was encased in concrete and the pipe was glued into the skimmer we also noticed that the bottom of the skimmer was cracked I informed mr[redacted] that he needed to install a new skimmer and fix the pipe and it would be 1300- dollars.he inturn told me he did not want to spend that kind of money and was not paying me for the hours that my crew had spent there to try to fix the problem because we did not fix it HE CALLED BACK in mid may demanding I come fix it for dollars.since I was already out dollars and he made up a price out of the wind I have no intention of going back Mr [redacted] called here threatening my wife and yelling and screaming I will never go back there If he would like to take me to court,he is more than welcome to but since there is no contract and was no contract and no money exchanged hands good luck.just a heads up I will counter sue [redacted] *** jay jay's pool service complaint # [redacted]

I checked in on May 28th after midnightWhen arriving to my room the door lock did not work and the adjoining doors could not be locked on my side of the roomI immediately went to front desk and explained I was not comfortable stayingThe gentleman at the desk said I would be refunded my money 7-days from that eveningI repeatedly called looking for James after no refund was madeNow after numerous amount of calls James said he would not refund my money

This response is full of lies I'm the one that suggested we replace skimmer Skimmer is not cracked And coupling was threaded on Hole was dug by me This company sent out crew to flush lineFound line plugged and then cut hose and broke coupling under skimmer They said they would finish job in spring and total pride would be They never came back I have a pool That has no skimmerThat was destroyed by a company that now refuses to tell truth
