Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would love for someone from the Revdex.com, possibly a third party, to inspect the vehicle, if it has to go that far, to verify and confirm everything that I am talking about, and how there's an outside paint/clear coat job on the back side of the vehicle, that wouldn't be done from the manufacturer In all honesty, there was nothing left out about owing a $1, I was under the impression it was charged It isn't my fault the dealership didn't charge me I found out after Jonathan G [redacted] told me, "since you haven't been charged the $1,deposit, you can go ahead and fix the tires and pay for them out of your pocket." I have emails to confirm that What MrG [redacted] is leaving out here is that he was taking forever to locate tires, so before risking my life, I decided to locate tires myself, and informed MrG [redacted] I will be changing the tires out, to stay safe on the roads He said that is completely fine I had also sent him about pictures of scratches through out the entire vehicle, the very next day after I received the car I got some, not all of the scratches taken care of, since those scratches are too deep and would require wet sanding of the vehicle What MrG [redacted] is also leaving out is that I went back and forth with him about times, trying to figure out what we were doing about the tires At any rate, this complaint is mainly for the back end of the vehicle being repainted which was not disclosed to be at the time of the sale This complaint is not about tires or scratches I bought the car from Kirkland Nissan It is their job to disclose that, not CARFAX's job, because I did not buy the car from CARFAX I bought it from Kirkland Nissan This complaint needs to go to the owner of the company, and not MrG***, because unfortunately, MrG [redacted] will be making the same excuses about "there not being a single scratch on the car when it left my facility and there was nothing wrong with that paint job when it was here and there was nothing wrong with those tires." It's great that he's sticking up for his company because he doesn't want to take the blame on himself and sell someone a car that has been wrecked or repainted, without properly disclosing it to the buyer I am fairly certain that there are laws that have been broken here in accordance with deceptive trade practices, and they will not agree to it Again, I would love to have someone inspect this vehicle, maybe a mediator, so he/she can see for themselves, and realize that I was indeed, sold a car, that has been altered on the back side, without the CARFAX report indicating that Sincerely, [redacted]

February 13th, 2018RE: *** *** - Case #***We disagree with most of what *** *** states in his letter to you.We inspected the car thoroughly and it only had minor wear and tear scratches you expect to see on aused vehicle. After its transport we were made aware of the cut tire
and scratch by *** ***We offered to locatethe tire for him and have the scratch repairedWhat *** *** left out of his letter to you is *** ***still owed us $1,towards his down payment, so he elected to fix the tire and scratch on his own andwe waived the $1,he still owed us.We believe the cut tire and major scratch was done by the shipping company and we are in fact pursuingthem for the money for the damages. We have no and there is no proof that the vehicle was ever in an accident or had an previous damageWe,like *** *** ran a Carfax report, an outside company, on this vehicle and there is nothing indicated onitIf *** *** has an issue with what the Carfax report says then he needs to address that with them.Based on the Carfax and the previous owner, this vehicle was not in an accident but rather Teslaquality may be at play here.Sincerely,Jonathan G***General Sales Manager

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:if this dealer is in the car business, they should know more than a consumer, as to what to look for, when inspecting a vehicle they buy and then reinspecting it when it’s being soldIt is their responsibility to disclose important information which I am complaining aboutThere is clear cloat chipping off the bumper for crying out loud, close to the wheel wellIt’s literally flaking off and has bubbles, to where you can take your fingernail and start peeling it offAnd the dealer stands by their response? This is absolutely absurdA customer buying a car, even if it’s used, should not have to go through thisIf this was disclosed to me, I promise I wouldn’t have bought this carThere is debris stuck under the clear coatIt is very obvious this didn’t come from the manufacturer like that.
Sincerely,
