I am responding to a complaint made by [redacted] on June 10, The Kirkland Reporter is aweekly publication delivered every Thursday to the homes in the Kirkland areaAny resident who doesnot want delivery of our product is put in our system as a stop which is then communicated to thenewspaper carrierEvery effort is made to ensure that our carriers comply with all stop requestsShoulda resident continue to receive a paper even after a stop request is made the offending carrier canexperience several consequences which could include the termination of their independent contract.In this particular case the carrier simply did not pay attention to her "do not deliver" listThe address ofMs [redacted] is on this list yet the carrier has mistakenly delivered to her residence even after beingnotified several times to stop deliveryFor this transgression the carrier experienced consequences aspermitted in her contractThe overseeing manager will continue to work with the carrier, or possibly anew person, to ensure that not only this address is permanently stopped but that the carrier diligentlyfollows their entire do not deliver listThe manager will also check Ms [redacted] 's address for the nextseveral weeks or however long it takes to ensure delivery is stoppedLastly we will be contacting Ms[redacted] to apologize for our actions and give her the direct phone number to the Circulation Managerso he can be made aware of any possible future issues.Should you have any further questions regarding this complaint please feel free to call or email me.Sincerely,Rob S*Regional Circulation Manager - Sound Publishing, Inc.425-440-[redacted] @soundpublishing.com
