The Revdex.com has other complaints against him, along with the Yelp page also containing many complaints against his attitude, against his business, and some complaints even explain how he is lying with the customersCustomers have attached the documents as proof along with his complaintsWhy is everyone against him? I am trying to contact all of the people who complained on Yelp against him, if they all come together with me against this business in courtI am spending money; I just need their support in court to show justiceTwo of the people have already contacted me, and now I am waiting for more repliesBecause he needs to learn a lesson and this is the time
Sometimes people think that they are very smart, but he is notHe had a lot of time to think in these days, and make a story
First of all, there are some people on the job who only lie with the customersYou can go on Yelp to find their business, and then check every other person as to what they say about him, and how he addresses the customers
A couple things are very good: he has given me a written statement about the police officer there, Aaron says that the police officer told me to never come back here, which is a lie, and now I have put that statement also in my file, and I will ask the officer about his statement in courtThe second thing is that he very clearly states in writing I did not show up until 5:15pm that day
In his message everything is based on liesI can explain everything with proof
First off he states, I was there on November 14th around 5:30, which is a completely lie, I have video proof that I was at my job, that video also shows what time I left from there and what time I came back to workMostly importantly I have my owner’s personal letter as to what time the owner gave me a break, he give me break from 2:30PM to 4:PMBecause I am working at a fast food business, I always receive my break after lunchSo those are the proofs I have that I was there at 2:on November 14th
Secondly no one made any appointment for me at 2:on November 15th, I already told him on November 14th when I was there and he told me to come back the next day because the owner was not there, then I asked him if I could be back after PM, and the guy who was there told me yesAnd I was there at 4:30, (that day our lunch was busy, and my owner let me leave a little lateI have that on video as well, along with time I left from the store)Then I talked to the guy who talked to me the day before, the same guy was there and he refused service to me but he took at least cars in front of me, from the other new customers, of them were women and was a man
November 15th, he states I was not there until 5:PM you can see the attachment of screenshot when I called the police on him (I have also submitted my *** bill as well), which is 5:02PMHe is blatantly lying and is trying to outsmart meI was there at 4:30, and exactly at 5:02PM I called from outside (please see the attached screenshot, and see how MrAaron is lying because he says in the message where it clearly states: “Mr*** came into our facility on the night of November 14th at 5:30PM” If I came in at 5:30, then how is it possible that I called the police, at 5:before even showing up?
After I received your last reply, and you told me that he has not responded for daysThen I filed a lawsuit against him in the Court, I showed all the proof in front of the honorable judgeRight now he call me “Mr***” very generously but that day he thought I was his personal dog because he used very disgusting, and fowl language that day, mostly the “F word” to me and shouted at me in a very scary tone to silence me
Now I need my money back the $and I also want him to pay the fees I spend in The Civil Court
Please make sure to see the attached copy of screenshots on my cell phone, and the reviews on Yelp, one guy he says the same thing happened to him! Many people have different storiesI have more proof, but these are just a few for youNo one on yelp took action against him, as it is a lot of work, or perhaps that amount of money does not impact them in any wayBut I need my money back, I need justice
One more thing that I must state, the man said: “The Police officer advised Mr*** that this was not a police matter and asked that he leave and not come back.” When the truth is the police officer never said for me to not come back, not onceAnd if this is the case, then I will bring in the police officer to court and ask him in front of the honorable judge what exactly it was that he saidAnd also! In fact how does this man know what the police officer said, when the police officer was talking to the both of us separately? He was not even there when the police officer was talking to me? And I was not there, when the police officer was talking to that manI asked the police officer, what I can do, and we can both agree as you can see on this one matter, that the police officer said himself that he can’t do anything as this is a civil matter, and that I should inform complain to the Revdex.com, or take him to civil courtHe told me all my rights but he did not say anything like do not come back here, because I called on him
I have already filed a lawsuit in the honorable court against him, but I am giving you these proofs because most of the time people don’t spend that much time to collect proofs or they don’t want to go that farThey think that just writing a comment on Yelp is enoughSo I would like to show you, because next time if anyone else files any case on Revdex.com against on Kirkland Tire Factory, then you will know who is telling the truth, and who is lying through their teeth

Mr*** came into our facility on the night of November 14th at 5:30PM; we close at 6PM He demanded that we
check his vehicle out, which we did visually for him outside We noticed he had bad alignment wear on is tires We explained to him that because of the time and being so close to closing that our alignment technician had already left for the evening Mr*** acknowledged this and told us that he would be in at 2:30PM the next day Mr*** did not show up for his appointment at 2:30PM and instead didn’t show up again until 5:15PM When Mr*** came in it was explained to him again that our technician was not here as it was after 5PM It was at this point that Mr*** became very aggressive and verbally abusive with Dan We asked Mr*** to leave Mr*** remained in our parking lot pacing in front of his car on his telephone As it turns out, Mr*** had called the Kirkland Police Department and they had dispatched a police officer The Police officer advised Mr*** that this was not a police matter and asked that he leave and not come back
In regards to us doing other work in front of him, the work we were doing was all basic tire service (IE tire balancing, tire changes, flat tire repairs, etc.) This is all service that a general service technician can handle and does not require any formal mechanical knowledge, whereas alignments do require extensive formal education to perform
