Never do business with them! No customer service period I ordered an item it took almost weeks for them to ship it to me I finally got my package and it was the wrong item I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do as my item was out of stock Gave me a corporate number which was useless it was just more agents I will never order from them again If the had shipped in a timely manner I could have reordered Never ever deal with them I give them an F too, I would give lower if I could

So disappointed in this storeI have shopped at the local store a couple of times and had very good serviceI recently went online and Order a few things for my sister for the holidaysI placed the order on 12/15/for items: one set of ornaments, one decorative cross, and one canvas that would need to picked up in storeI placed this order with the understanding it wouldn't make it by Christmas but should be there by the end of the yearOn 12/I got an email that the ornaments were no longer availableOk fine, disappointed but not a big dealOn 12/I received an email that the canvas I was suppose to pick up in the store has been cancelledweeks later really? Fine, I'm upset but there was still another thing in the original orderTHIS MORNING 1/9/17, I get an email that the cross is shippedAre you *** kidding me?!?! DAYS AFTER MY ORIGINAL ORDER?! Completely disgusted with the customer service and how this company does their businessNote to all: Can you get it in the store but do not waste your time with ordering anything onlineFYI, I posted this on their *** page, and emailed their customer service and I have gotten no response from either placeIf this is how a company treats their customers, I am no longer interested in being a customer and will gladly share my store
