All of that being said, it seems the communication and subsequent follof this call was not up to our standardsI reviewed the emails and our Project Manager had given you a budget range in an effort to confirm that you were interested in pursuing the project further and fully intended to give you a detailed proposal indicating model numbers, materials, locations, warranty information etcas well as financing optionsRather than giving you budget pricing and inadequate information, I agree that he should have provided the detailed proposal in a more timely mannerHowever we are quite busy and my project manager didn't have time to put that together for you, which he should have communicated better as wellI again apologize for your dissatisfaction and appreciate your honest feedback.
