This is not trueThe suit looked very niceThe only issue is a few of their rhinestones came off with a buttonI have the buttons, but some of the rhinestones have fallen off the buttonI asked for a receipt for the suitShe stated it was over years old and didn't have the receiptI asked
where she purchased it from and she didn't answer that eitherI tried to help resolve the issue, but out of good faith I will give her $for the replacement of the button

I am writing in response to your letter dated January 23, concerning the above referenced complaint ID numberI spoke with the Revdex.com on the phone about 1/weeks ago and gave my response to the complaintI was told I would receive a follow up email concerning my response, however I never
received that emailIn response to complaint ID ***: The customer placed her garment in the cleaners for "press only" serviceThis simply means that the only service requested is for the cleaners to only press (not dry clean) the garments, spots are not removed unless the complete dry cleaning process is doneThe customer's garment had spots at the time they were placed in cleanersIt was explained to the customer that the company will not attempt to remove any spots, unless the dry cleaning process is specifically requested by the customerTherefore, we are not responsible for spots that are on garments when a customer places them in our care for press only serviceIt seems that the Revdex.com is being very dogmatic by taking the side of the customer making the complaint when in fact she did not request the very service that she is complaining aboutRespectfully, *** ***

I took my suite to this location for cleaningThey gave me a date for pick up, however my suite was not ready when they said,and when it finally was available, it was still dirty

I had my suit cleaned at Kirkwood Cleaners but they washed it and the rhinestones and pleats on the jacket are goneI have given them since July the 5th to fix the issueThey say they have sent it to another cleaners but it still looks terrible it is wrinkledThis was a dry clean only item
