At no time did Kirkwood Glass or any of it's representatives offer to fix the mirror in question for free. There does appear to...
be a defect in the mirror, however the mirror was installed over 11 years ago per Mr. [redacted] and he is now bringing it to our attention. We have no record of doing this particular mirror. If we did have record of this mirror any warranty would have long expired. The improper installation he is referring to was a statement our representative made in regards to how the mirror was hung stating that the way it was installed is not the way We (Kirkwood Glass) install mirrors.
We offered to replace the mirror for $306.95 (offering a $200.00 discount) We never sent him a bill, we called him with a proposal. At no time was he obligated to purchase the mirror from our company.
Perhaps Mr. [redacted] misinterpreted the word fix to mean free of charge. We apologize if that caused any confusion.
