Dear Ms***, In response to your e-mail and the complaint ,please see below our response in boldI'm Concerned About The Billing each monthAt the time of purchase I was told I can utilize my bank with auto pay and was scheduled to be withdrawn on the 28th of each month, but in August my
payment was pulled by Credit acceptance and I called to verify it and the Customer service person told me August payment was made., but the bank said no they had nothing showing in their system and according to credit acceptance I was behind on my payments-According to our knowledge customer always assigns spouse thereof to contact the finance companySince she is not on the loan, the finance company refuses to give information outFurthermore, setting up autopay can only be done through the finance companyThe dealership cannot interfere with that. On the other hand , if customer sets up his autopay in his bank and put his car loan account number ,the payment will be processed for sureIn addition to that, customer can always call and make his paymentCustomer can make his payment in several ways exactly like making payment on any other billAgain making a car payment can only be arranged with the finance company not the dealershipThe paperwork that was given to me does not look legit -The Paperwork the customer has is the finance company paperworkThese are their forms that we can not alter, edit or amend in any wayand when I call to explain issues with the car they ignore my calls, -We never ignored the callsWe actually contacted the finance company to see whats the problem in order to help the customer, and we were informed that the customer is assigning his wife to call and they cannot disclose any information on the account to the wifedon't answer or return calls, and *** will tell me she can't talk to me unless Lisa is here and Lisa is either never there or just simply never calls me back-We answer the phone only during our business hoursI have called *** phone and she sends my call straight to voicemailThe car has had problems since I purchased it and during the warranty period all they did was avoid us and waist time so that the warranty would expire and then say there's nothing they can do for usAccording to our record, the only issue that tok place after purchase was a sensorEven though the warranty does not cover sensors, we still accommodated the customer and we did split the costof repairIf the problem persisted , customer should have taken the vehicle back to the mechanic, as the sensor placed by the mechanic might have been a faulty sensor, and therefore replacement should be free of chargeOther than that we are unaware or never informed of any other issuesThe Car engine light has been on since I purchased it, some fixtures have been made and they made us split the cost to repair problemsIn all I have never been treated as a paying customer and have been played around with lied to ignored and misleadWhen many question were asked all they did was ignore the questions or pretend they had to do something elseThe Vehicle has been purchased few months agoTherefore, the warranty has expiredCustomer did not wish to purchase extended warrantyWe also believe that if the customer had real concerns he would have come in to discuss such concerns in person however he never did. Dear Sir/Madam, Customer purchased the vehicle on 02/25/2017 with a limited powertrain 30 days warranty (50/50).Few days later, customer complained about front tires losing air. We advised the customer to bring the vehicle to be inspected. Upon inspection by a licensed tire shop, the shop...

indicated that there might be a slight crack in the front rims. Tire shop suggested to either glue the crack or replace the front rims.Our dealership abides by all safety measures to protect customers thereof on the road. Furthermore, we strive to achieve customer satisfaction. Therefore, management decided to replace those front rims at no cost to the customer instead of just patching them despite the fact that the complaint took place several days after purchase, and tires and rims are not covered under warranty.It took the dealership  some time in order to find matching rims. We even went one step further to send the rims to a body shop to have the shop match the color with the back rims. Not even that but we also head the rims replaced at no cost to the customer.We were taking every step to make sure things we done right and we believe that the customer has been impatient during the process.If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.Thank you,Kiro Auto Sales
