I will accept this offer cause I don t want this to drag and have more problems with that car and that company I don t want to argu with them I just want to bring is car back and get my money no question ask I m tired with this thanks for your help and how will this exchange will happen.

On January 21, 2016, a customer purchased a 2000 [redacted] with 132,000KM. It was very clean, no rust, or body damage. It came with a mechanical fitness inspection which the customer signed at the time of purchase. The customer was satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, but could not...

afford the $2900 asking price. We then agreed on $2000 plus tax after they test drove the vehicle.
Approximately 2 days later, the customer phoned accusing me of selling a lemon and complained about the lack of power and electrical problems. The customer did not ask to have their money back during that time, but agreed to have the mechanic that I have used and trusted for over 25 years to look at the problem.
The mechanic assessed and diagnosed the problem, and concluded that the alternator had decided to quit working properly which caused other related electrical issues. It took 2 visits to the mechanic in order to solve this problem and both times I arranged a curtesy vehicle for my customer. The customer and I agreed to split the cost of $252 for the repairs, as I already reduced the price of the vehicle substantially.
Approximately a week later, the customer called and bitterly complained that they now had to put some oil in the vehicle. It was at this point of time that the customer had deemed the vehicle unfit for the road, and demanded their money back.
I have worked closely with this customer in satisfying their needs, but fail to see why I am now responsible for the continuous maintenance of their vehicle. Unfortunately, the condition regarding the oil was not mentioned to the mechanic when it was initially brought in for repairs. Additionally, in lieu that the customer was provided transportation for approximately a month, including curtesy vehicles, I am prepared to give the customer a refund of $1500. This will be based on the customers desire to return the vehicle in the condition they had originally received it, considering normal wear and tare on the vehicle.
