proceed with the service. Even though the jacket seemed old and seemed to be repaired in several areas. I went ahead and cleaner I several areas. I went ahead and cleaned it as I normally do to any other garment. When the jacket ca me out of the dry clean machine, I noticed that the jacket got torn during the dry cleaning process due to its bad/old condition. It is unrepairable because fabric was already worn out. I offered [redacted] to try to get the jacket repaired, but he denied the offer. It was all I could do. The dry cleaning chemicals are very strong and could cause the same damage for any other garment in the same old condition. It is very hard to tell when a garment is that old. Mr. [redacted] requested for a new jacket. Anyone that could see this jacket, could tell that Mr. [redacted] seems to want to take advantage to get a new jacket or to get money for it.
