This is in response to a letter that we
received from you regarding a complaint from Mark *** (ID ***)Mr
*** did come to our facility in 1/3/to purchase a frequency drive that
he was desperate to have to get his machine runningThe products we sell are
preowned machines and
machine parts and are sold on an as is basisI have
attached a copy of our terms and conditions of saleCertain parts will carry a
"No Dead on Arrival", but parts cannot be returned because of any
other reasonWe strive to make sure that our customers receive working
machines and partsAny parts that would returned would need to be done within
days of shipment and would then be tested as to the functionalityIf the
item was indeed "dead on arrival" a refund would be issuedIf the
part was deemed functional, the part would be shipped back to the customer and
a refund would not be given, but again this was not the case in this instance.Mark came to our facility on 2/with the
item looking to return it for a refund, but it being over months since the
sale and the reason for the return we did refuse the return of the item.Please feel free to contact me with any

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
He does not address the repeated attempts to return the item the day after I picked it up. I tried no less than 3 times in the first week to arrange shipping of the item and they would not acknowledge my request for a RGA.  James disregarded the requests so he could then say he has a 30 day policy.
