Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This report from the owner is a big lie The furnace was working , that means , IT WAS turning OFF and ON like I described in my first letter .BUT It waS not pushing air to uperstairs of the house After tech show up and disconnected wires the furnace STOP WORKING COMPLETYELY !! when I called them to come back this owner lady , said to me on the phone that I SHOULD AGREE TO PAY ANOTHER $TRIP OR AGREE FOR THEM TO FIX A CIRCUIT BOARD THAT WASN'T EVEN BROKEN ! A REAL COMPANY WORKED ON THAT SAME FURNACE LAST YEAR AND I HAVE ALL RECORDS OF WHAT THEY DID I have witnesses of this phone CALL , No one called to apologize EITHER , [redacted] CALLED to tell them that they should come back because I never agree for them to fix anything IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!! ! I Recently also had a licensed technician to investigate what went wrong and he found out that the vents THAT SEND AIR TO ENTIRE HOUSE were covered and that was blocking the air to come from the furnaceThe technician didnt care to check that when he was at the house INSTEAD HE PULLED WIRES OFF SO THE FURNACE DIDN'T WORK AT ALLL !!! The lady on the phone insisted that I have to pay another $OR AGREE ON THE $FOR A CIRCUIT BOARD THAT ONLY COST $THAT WASN'T EVEN DAMAGED !!! mY PIPES FROZE AND IS A DAMAGE DONE BY THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON INSPECTING THINGS RIGHT ! THE STATEMENT THEY SENT TO THE Revdex.com IS NOT TRUETHIS COMPANY NEED TO STOP RIP PEOPLE OFF !! Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] called our office on Wednesday, December 27, requesting a service call for “no heat” at [redacted] *** This was for her mother, [redacted] *** It was extremely cold outside and we were very busy and had no availability [redacted] was the service dispatcher for another HVAC company and we ran this call as a favor She was told a diagnostic was $ When our technician arrived on site, the inside house temperature was already below freezing The furnace was not running upon our arrival Upon inspection, our technician diagnosed a bad control board Nothing was disconnected nor were wires undone A new board was quoted at $ [redacted] declined the repair and we left On Saturday, December 30, 2017, [redacted] called our emergency number I am the owner and I spoke with her [redacted] wanted her furnace fixed but still refused the repair I did not tell her she would have another diagnostic charge [redacted] still refused to replace the board therefore we could not help her I told her no wires were disconnected Her unit was not running when we arrived on December 27th, which correlates with the inside temperature already below freezing We did not cause the damage in her house or her burst pipes [redacted] was threatening and disrespectful through multiple conversations and I told her we could not work for her again [redacted] also called me Saturday, December 30, apologizing for her mother I explained to [redacted] the same thing I told *** [redacted] apologized for her mother’s behavior
