The freaking ever

Please don’t put your kids in this cab service they will drive them to the police station for no reason at all I specifically call them and gave the base the address to where my niece was going and he took her to the police station and made her wait for a next cab total d heads I hate this cab service with passion and she only 16 like wtf it’s late and it’s a crazy world

This is probably one of the worse car service companies in NYC My friend thought she left her wallet in the taxi so we called them to try to retrieve it The taxi dispatchers were so rude! They kept hanging up on us and putting us on hold On top of that, they said they could not do anything about it I had the vehicle number and driver number, one would think they could contact the driver They didn't even try to help us They kept saying they couldn't do anything about itI don't believe they couldn't, it's that they wouldn'tIf they can't contact the driver than that is a serious flaw in their system Then we found out my friend's credit cards were used at a gas station and [redacted] (within a matter of minutes)All of this could have been avoided or resolved a lot quicker if they would have assisted us This car service company has terrible customer serviceDon't ever use them!

The driver jimmy H[redacted] was very rude and nasty. His car # [redacted]. I so disappointed. I own 2 cars but sometimes it's better if I can take a cab so I would not have to look for parking. I work in a very busy section of manhattan. He ask would I like to walk instead of go the way he suggested. I never said anything to him other than what was being shown on my driving app. WASE. it gives you alternate routes to not have to be in traffic.
I am discussed with the way I was treated.
This has been a big problem with this company. They can be really rude to their customers. If possible use this company as a last alternative.
