Review: A strong pulled off my product on first use. Attempted to email their support and sales and both email addresses are not working.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund. I'm afraid a replacement would be just as bad.
Review: I have contacted the company twice by email and attempted by phone (which was disconnected) to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped out per their communications. They took the payment on 4/6/14 but have not fulfilled the original order so I no longer wish to receive merchandise ordered.Desired Settlement: I want my full payment refunded ASAP!
Review: I ordered a product on Jan 14, 2013.
I received only 1 of 3 items in March 2013. with notice 2 items were on back order.
It is now Aug 2013. I have never received my back-order items.
I cannot contact kisstotease via phone as the # is disconnected, and no response to my emails.
Review: I ordered a set of bikinis from Kiss to Tease for $29 (plus $6 shipping) when they were advertising on YouSwoop. This was back in 2012, yes 2012. I placed the order, never received the merchandise. Called the business, no answer. I finally received an email a year later (2013) from a Kiss to Tease sales person (I assume). I was advised that the product was lost in the mail and it would be sent out. Now another year (or two) later, I am still waiting. I can provide an account number if necessary. I would like this possibly settled sooner then later since it's been 3 years. Thank you for your time
Review: I returned 3 items in July, 2013. I was never credited for the return. After approximately 5 emails to the company I finally got a response. Now after 3 more emails I was told I would get my refund. It is now the end of October, 2013 and I still have not yet received my refund. There is no way to contact this company other than by email and they DO NOT respond to that.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund.
Review: Purchased items from the website about 2-3 months ago, and never received the products. After many emails sent back and forth, the company said they would refund me my money because they did not have the products I ordered. After waiting for the refund for a few weeks and never received it, I attempted to email them a few more times, but they have failed to respond so far.Desired Settlement: I would just like my refund for they charged me.
Review: I cancelled a purchase on 7/14/14, they sent an email cancelling my order but never reversed my debit card charge. The email was on 7/22/14.Desired Settlement: I want my $138.00.
