I was excited to purchase KISSPharm at a recent conventionHowever, I never received the access code as promisedI emailed my concerns through the website and did not receive a responseI telephoned a few days later and left a messageAgain, no responseI was able to reach him the next time I called and let him know that I still hadn't received the access codeHe reassured me that he did receive my messages and had emailed the code earlier that dayHe advised me to check my spam folderI messaged him through facebook that evening to inform him I still had not received the codeHe responded immediately and told me that it may take a day or twoI waited until the following afternoon to check my email for the code but I still had not received itThis was almost a week after I purchased the programFinally I sent a message that I would just like a full refundThe communication I had with the CEO, [redacted] ***, started out fairly polite as he assured me multiple times that I would get the code by the end of the dayThis happened two days in a rowHe said his IT department was "setting up my account." I explained that if they were able to take the time to charge my card, they should have made the time to deliver the productThings when down-Hill from thereHe became frustrated and progressed to down-right meanI soon learned that several of my classmates were having the same issuesHe asked me not to share my experience with my classmates because it could hurt him financiallyI explained that, the customer service industry is heavily influenced by word of mouth and that is merely a reflection of his business practicesI was then threatened with legal action I did recently receive an email from him with a screen shot of PayPal showing that he was processing a refund and again told me to not misrepresent his company to my classmates I emailed him back and sincerely thanked him for sending that and told him I just wish he had sent the code in the first place because we could have avoided all of this dramaI also promised that would only be truthful when sharing this difficult customer service experienceI was informed his lawyer would be contacting me tomorrowDisappointing, to say the least

I made multiple purchase from this company in hopes to prep for my exams at the timeI purchased a biochemistry course back in April/May and due to personal matters I realized I would not be able to do the course online, so I asked for a refund and was promptly granted one- I will attach proof of this transactionA few months down the line, I was finally ready to prep for my exam so I purchased this biochemistry course for a second time in August (will also attach proof of this transaction)This time I had purchased a month subscriptionA few days after purchase, I tried to access the course online and it kept giving me an error message and that I had to contact admin to enable courseContacting them was absolutely ridiculous and impossibleFirst off, there is no direct phone number for customer service let alone any sort of contact informationI tried filling out the form on their site and it would not send and showed an error/technical issue messageI tried this m
