[redacted] Thank you for your valuable time, we are glad to have a chance to give in our voice on this matter On July 4th, we notified customer that the surfing coach had to schedule them at 7AM in the morning on July 5th due to the time conflict of another booking of the coach [redacted] at first would want to reschedule a time that was around 6PM, but our Chinese operator Lucy explained to her the sea would be rough for beginners and she eventually agreed to change to 7AM and said they will be there on time, and did not mention about anything that would affect their schedule of the dayOur operator, Li, emphasized to them they have to arrive the location on time and gave clear instruction on July 4th, even gave out a screenshot of the locationThe address [redacted] ( [redacted] ***) was stated on the voucher as wellWe tried [redacted] the address ourselves and the [redacted] map pinned at the exact/correct locationThe company policy for being late at scheduled time is treated as no show, no show incurred full charges of the eventIt was also clearly stated on our own voucher in Chinese as well in font size “*????????, ????????????, ????” translated as “Once the voucher issued, No refund will be given if the tour was delayed or canceled due to personal reason”The conversation screenshots between MrX**, the company owner, and Miss [redacted] on a [redacted] tool – [redacted] - was attached in this email, and direct translated to English for your convenience to readWe did not edit out any of the conversation during the event We are not able to give out some of the pictures from the chat because pictures will be expired for a certain time to download in [redacted] , all I can do is enlarge the picture from the screenshotThat's the best I can do We are more than happy to provide any information if you have any questionsYou could reach me at [redacted] Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PMWe, Hawaii China Tours, also appreciate your time to help all parties to try figure out a solution Wish you have a wonderful weekend and hope to hear from you soon Best Regards, Joanne W [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted]
