I sent Mr [redacted] an e-mail stating I got his dispute from the Revdex.com and willhoner the credit as long as he called intothe office and give us the credit card number so we can credit him....He can contact [redacted] as he wishes toit will take much longer but that fine with me....thank you kitchen advantage

I have received an email from Mr*** ordering me never to contact him againI have opened a dispute with *** *** and I ask that Mr*** honor it and give *** *** clearance to refund the charge.

I would like to respond to this complaint on behave of kitchen advantage..there are a lot of exaggerations in this complaint and with out getting into them, I would like to address the over allissue with *** ***.we have gone out there over six time in the last 1/and everytime we did we
listened to and saw what she wanted fixed, the next time more damage and more issues, wegot our *** *** rep involved and brought him out there and asked to recommend how to complete this jobHe suggested that they ( *** ) send a refinisher out there for the second time,which they did at no cost to her, the kitchen has been abused with water and carelessness..We have the reports from our vendor and will submit them ** need be,there are just some customers that you cant please100%, we have ordered a total of doors and drawers and had them replaced, the conversation escalated and was not going to be resolved to her liking, like I said we have been out there many times and every timewe go out there is something else wrong, there wasn't an issue until something else got damaged...** *** *** wants to talk about it again I am always here but I cant keep replacing the same items over and over againdue to neglect....thank you J*** *** Advantage

I have read Mr*** complaint, I will gladly refund him for what he hasn't received yet..As far as the apology to him , I feel there is nothing to sayconcerning that I have gotten some e-mails from him being somewhat condensending, so I have not responded to himThe receipts will be mailed
outto him and the exsisting order canceled , We tried to help him with some add ons for his kitchen..Sometimes things get lost in translation and I will take the proper blame for that..he may call in and give us his credit card number and get the refund that is deserves...Thank you *** ***
