Our customer-*** *** was well informed at the same day when she came into our store that the cabinet style that she likes
its not our stock cabinets and that particular line of cabinets is discontinuedSince she felt in love with the style we stretched our backs to get the cabinets that she likeThose cabinets are right for their kitchenIt is not our responsibility that the factory that makes those cabinets have set up the sizes of doors as they are
*** *** has called our store few times about the problems and we did try to take care of her, but it takes a little bit of time since those are not our stock cabinetsShe asked us to replace the cabinets that were apparently the wrong size in her eyes, and to be fair to her we said that we would replace it for herCouple weeks later she called again asking for her money back as she said she does not like those cabinets anymoreAs they have been mounted we usually do not accept returns on mounted productsWe tried to go with different routes for her but all she wanted to do is get her money backAfter all the headaches that we had with this problem we offered her money backFew days later we receive a mail from Revdex.com about this problemWe really did try to help her out to satisfy our customerAs she mentioned above that it took a week to get the cabinets yes it did but this is a usual lead time on a delivery of kitchen cabinets everywhereCustomer has placed a stop charge on her credit card for no reason since we agreed to give her money backPlease contact me with any questions you may have

Customer was offered money back, minus the restocking fee since the cabinets were already hanged on the wallsOn top of that money was already taken from our bank account because of the credit card dispute that she didWe tried our best to satisfy our customerWe deal with hundreds of people on weekly basis and have no problem with either one of themEven if there is some kind of problem we always try our best to satisfy their needs
