He supposed to remodel my bathroom. Contract time - 4 days. After 3 weeks he just called and said if I don't sign contract for second bathroom - he quits.

Quality of job is much below the professional level handyman should provide. Floor was not fixed to the level and shower floor installed inappropriately, so about gallon of water can't flow away and sits in the lower corner. He can't apply caulk - pores and holes are everywhere between tiles.
