At this time, I have been contacted directly by Kitchen Artisans, Inc.  regarding complaint ID 10706178, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I heard from Brett S[redacted] on July 24, 2015 and he told me that he needed me to remove the review from Facebook and Houzz because he lost...

$24,000 from a customer because after they saw the review they didn't want to trust him with their money.  I told him I would remove it if he delivered my cabinets.  He told me he would have them all delivered to me by July 31, 2015 and would keep in touch with me for the following week.  He relied to a few of my texts and said he was working on it but to no avail, once again, he did not adhere to his promise and as of August 3, 2015 I still do not have the cabinets I paid for.  I have a file that I am having trouble attaching to this with the entire case details.  I may better be able to send through an email address.  My email is [redacted]
