Despite many hiccups during the course of the job we did ALL the customer asked to fulfill our end of the agreementWe replaced all the door and YES we did put on all hardware that was there as well as replaced guides for the drawersAbsolutely all of the repairs the customer asked for were fixed and we fulfilled our end of the agreement when we finalized the job.We asked if the customer was satisfied and they said they whereThis is a valuable lesson to us at our company to get everything in writingDuring the whole process as a consumer my self we understand that people can get upset but these customers not only where they extremely belligerent but were VERY rude verbally to ALL our workers, despite the work conditions we continued to try and make them happyAs a contractor no one I perfect but we try to excel and if in error we do recognize and try to rectify but some customers no matter what you do will never be satisfiedAgain all doors were replaced crown molding was straight there citing as admitted by home owner was nor square and we repaired the crown molding to be even with ceilingAll Panels where replaced, Doors, glides, soft close, the seem in the granite,crown molding ,spice rackAs well as Doors, glides, soft close in the bathroom.We here at KBc feel we have gone beyond any reasonable means of rectifying this situation and it is very unfortunate that this customer feels the way they do even after fixing the issuesThere is nothing more that can or will be done we have exhausted all possible means with in reason to make this customer happy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company thinks that they may have done a "good" job but they are far from the outstanding work we expected Originally they said this door and drawer replacement would be done in three weeks, to accommodate our Thanksgiving plans It ended up taking another three and a half months to complete (From October to January 2017) Mind you this was because they choose to use an inferior product the first time they build our kitchen and not the hard wood we had paid for We got put in the middle of the contractors and subcontractors because they were all frustrated with each other We had to personally contact subcontractors to get the job done We had continual communication issues We missed work and rearrange our lives to be home and then they wouldn’t show up They knew about my difficult work schedule and would show up without calling us No touchup painting on the cabinets has been done You can see many saw and sander marks below the paint The end panel and the drawers don't line up (the drawers protrude beyond the panel) We have extra holes in the cabinet boxes because of the multiple times doors have been installed All the hardware was not replace Things are not lined up correctly The corner round was installed by a “Master Craftsman” who used sharpie to fill in chips from using the incorrect saw blade While they did replace the product again, we still have to reinstall the corner round and fix another mess they have created.The crown molding was fixed with some caulk, and we are happy with the correction made to the crown molding They also did repairs and refinished the granite and it helped smooth out some issues we had found on the granite.We are very unsatisfied with this company and the work they did We feel at this point that they need to give us monetary compensation Despite the end result we have decided to not allow them to do further work on our home Two nightmares lasting years of our live is enough We would like to leave the review in place, to keep others from falling into the trap If we need to provide pictures we would be happy to do that upon request Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]
