LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR REMODELING NEEDS! This company has poor customer relations and no communication between the job supervisor, workers, and owner We received the worst customer service imaginable (had to make multiple calls every time we tried to get in touch with someone The job was promised to be done in 4-weeks and lasted + months The engineering design was awful = cabinet doors rub/bang into adjacent appliance or cabinet doors (clear bumper had to be installed to prevent damage to almost all rub points) Not what we expected for a $35K remodel The tile floor was not installed under the dishwasher so we had to install a two toe kick to hide the obnoxious space visible from the concrete to the end of the installed tile We e-mailed a detailed punch list of items including pictures that needed to be corrected and on multiple occasions they came out and either missed or repaired the wrong thing There were no apologies or remorse from anyone on our job and we were made to feel like a bother and an inconvenience to them To top it off, after months of the job being completed our ceiling developed several cracks from wall to wall (ft) from poor dry wall installation We tried calling the company several times and are still awaiting a call back after two weeks!

I had 2 complete bathroom remodels. Everyone from sales to the owner were very professional. My job was completed on time and within budget. I went to the showroom to pick out my selections and colors and the designer was extremely helpful as the showroom has many items to choose from. This job required permits and inspections from the county an although the county inspectors never showed up on time the employees at The Kitchen and Bath Factory worked extra hard to make my job completed on time. I got 3 different quotes and this company came in the middle. The outcome far surpassed my expectations.

Okay you may think this is plagiarism but my experience was so similar to the previous review that I decided to cut and paste then tweek the previous review to fit our experience. First of all, shame on me for not taking this review to heart because it is true. This company has poor customer relations and no communication between the job supervisor, workers, and owner. We received the worst customer service imaginable (had to make multiple calls every time we tried to get in touch with someone. The job was promised to be done in 4-6 weeks started in Sept and lasted until the end of December. Our job was a small galley kitchen which we had formica counter tops removed and granite installed. Post installation, many people quoted us 3, 200.00 but KB charged us 5,600.00. Not only do we feel duped, the entire experience left us very unsatisfied for the above stated reasons. The cheap faucet they installed had the hot and cold indicator popped out and went down the disposal and the faucet leaks. They are not the factory but contract their work out. The owners are indignant and have no people skills and do not value their customers.
