[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] The contractor is scheduled to come to my home the week of June to repair improperly installed tile and groutI have made arrangements with office to be at home that week I informed Kitchen and Bath of the arrangementI am rejecting this response because:rejection of comment floor is dirty The grout will not stay clean because it was not installed correctly Kitchen and Bath representative sprayed a mild cleaner, similar to [redacted] , on one spot and wiped with a paper towelsome dirt came off the floorIt did not successfully clean the grout lineI do not believe this is an industry standard for testing grout installation and sealingThe grout is crumbling, has gaps, and is discolored I will provide photos if neededThe vendor did not use the grout we selectedThey installed another product without my knowledge or consent The grout is coming out of the floorThis is disappointing as we paid to have the floor leveled prior to installation of the tileWhen working with Kitchen and Bath, they work with their selected tile vendorThe vendor's showroom displays Kitchen and Bath's work,we worked with this vendorAfter selection of items Kitchen and Bath representatives pick up the items and deliver and install them in your homeI believe it is a reasonable expectation on the consumers part that they verified the items they took receipt of were the items the consumer selectedSuccessful correction of this problem also needs to include addressing grout discoloring, disclosure of the name of the grout used on our floor, and a description of what type of grout it is The grout recommended to us was heavy duty and that was the grout we selected Regards, [redacted]

I sold a stunning carat diamond to Gold and Diamond source several years ago, brought a Rolex from them and received cash Pat Kwas the manager and did the transaction As the sale progressed I said, "I'm going to check down the street about what they can offer." Pat replied, "if you do my deal is off the table." While I took the bird in the hand deal, it left me with an unpleasant taste in my mouth and in hindsight I should have just walked out The second part of the transaction was the watch I recall Pat saying, they are willing to buy the watch back within 5years if I'd like I recently called to sell the watch back, he said "oh, we can take it on consignment" I stated that the word consignment was never mentioned Then he offered me less cash then I had paid
My advice is to use a different company No ones needs the pressure technique and ambiguous re-purchase agreement

The owner Steve Wtold me he "didn't have the diamond I wanted and neither will anyone else" In response, I found a diamond elsewhere and that diamond was purchased for me in a different state I was happy to have my new carrot diamond and posted it on face book Sales people from the Gold & Diamond Source store contacted me and repeatedly pressured me to take it back and buy from them They told me the diamond was bad I didn't return the diamond, I kept the diamond At a later date, Steve Wtexted me by Instant messenger on face book that "his customers are loyal, traits I will never have" First Steve Wtells me "he doesn't have what I want and I won't find it", so naturally I look elsewhere, post it on face book, then he texts me a nasty IM telling me I have no loyalty If that's not bad enough, Steve Wforward the IM to an ex boyfriend who he is friends with that I had broken up with years ago but began discussing forming a company with This ex boyfriend forwards the IM I sent to Steve asking him to cease discussing private information about me, so it was ironic Steve Wimmediately forwarded my I'M asking not to discuss my business transactions to the person I placed him on notice not to discuss with After, Julie Wtexts my ex boyfriend and he also forwards her post to me that slander my character and are lies I hired an attorney to deal with the privacy and slander issues Ofcourse, I saved the texts with both of their names and pictures on them and can provide them from both Julie and Steve's Instant messenger facebook In my opinion, this business is so unprofessional I felt like I was interacting with immature teenagers with an ego and a mean streak, not owners of a company In hindsight, I heard from people facts about my ring that couldn't have known Consequently, I politely asked Steve Wby way of face book IM to cease and desist discussing private business Instead of respecting my privacy, he responded by forwarding hat email to an ex boyfriend who forwarded Steve and Julie W's instant messages to me by email Not only was I treated badly by the store, but Steve and Julie found it necessary to talk about me, words like "disloyal", " imaginary boyfriend" and "out of it, we had to drive her home", " she is dangerous, stay away from her" Very Creul things were said inorder to demean me as a person and as a medicle professional and expert witness in the court system I left that situation thinking this is the consequence of not buying at this business It seems they forget buying a diamond is about the buyer getting their needs met, it's not about meeting the sellers instinct to sell I simply didn't like their selection in diamonds and their settings were to big for my finger I went to *** and found a dainty setting and purchased it for my diamond It's not that I am disloyal, I think you have to know a person, form a relationship to create loyaltyI met Steve and Julie Wfor a few moments each, yet they portrayed they knew me, who I date, my character, insinuated I was out of it and I was dangerous I don't like their forcefulness, their disclosing my personal matters to the public and their slander which are lies and simply projections bc they didn't make the sale with me The worst experience I ever had shopping anywhere I'm in disbelief of their behavior simple because a diamond was bought for me elsewhere and I purchased a band that fit me at *** I will never return to this store and contacted an attorney regarding a slander suit This wouldn't be believable, except I have their slander forwarded to me by an ex boyfriend with not only their full names, but pictures and times of the text and content I will be more than happy to provide a copy of these as I have no concern to the truth of what they said, simply that each said what they said to a 3rd party who found it necessary to share with me what these people were saying If you type it to one, it's kinda like you see mouse, you can bet there is more Very bold to slander a person because they didn't buy an or carrot diamond from your store I understand they lost a potential 100k sale, but when you tell a person you don't have nor will anyone have a ring they want, you are pushing a sale away How ironic to later call them names in writing and publicly

I am rejecting this response because:rejection of comment floor is dirty.  The grout will not stay clean because it was not installed correctly.  Kitchen and Bath representative sprayed a mild cleaner, similar to [redacted], on one spot and wiped with a paper towel. some dirt came off the floor. It did not successfully clean the grout line. I do not believe this is an industry standard for testing grout installation and sealing. The grout is crumbling, has gaps, and is discolored.  I will provide photos if needed.
The vendor did not use the grout we selected. They installed another product without my knowledge or consent.  The grout is coming out of the floor. This is disappointing as we paid to have the floor leveled prior to installation of the tile.
When working with Kitchen and Bath, they work with their selected  tile vendor. The vendor's showroom displays Kitchen and Bath's work,we worked with this vendor. After selection of items Kitchen and Bath representatives pick up the items and deliver and install them in your home. I believe it is a reasonable expectation on the consumers part that they verified the items they took receipt of were the items the consumer selected. Successful correction of this problem also needs to include addressing grout discoloring, disclosure of the name of the grout used on our floor, and a description of what type of grout it is.  The grout recommended to us was heavy duty and that was the grout we selected.
