Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There has been zero resolution form Kitchen Cabinets and DesignThe kitchen design was not delivered as planned due to poor designing and lack of attention to major design detailsTherefore causing the kitchen to look awful even after all the fixes - the floating shelves are not to original intent of design (centered over sink and flanked)Scott, the contractor who works on million dollar homes and doesn't leave any marks in the drywall left gaping holes around the shelf install and used huge black screws for the natural clear maple support structure for the farm sink! To prove how awful the Rec Kitchen looks, Medallion Sales Rep reordered drawers and cabinets as of today, 5-9-2017, they were not built to warehouse specificationsThese could have been re-ordered as early as July 30th, A year design and cabinet veteran could have made those calls on site when looking over the initial installIn addition, Pamela has stated that we should have reached out to her, but, she has consistently circumvented us and communicated directly with contractors, not with us, which created a lot of miss-communication trianglesI had to resort to emails to try and clear up the matterThis is evident in her message in the original complaintShe made the speculation that Kris was too green and in over his head, then why wouldn't she ensure that her customers were part of the conversation, every conversation? When our final contractor called Pamela out on the cabinets not being to warehouse/industry specifications, she vanishedAt that time, I engaged the customer service and then the corporate office of Elkay/Medallion for resolutionThrough gas-lighting tactics and blatant disregard, I had to turn the Revdex.com, online reviews, conferencing in my partner and contractor for this Kitchen Cab & Design/Elkay/Medallion to engage in reaching a resolutionNo one should have to work that hard after paying for such spendy cabinets. Please correspond via email only - I didn't get the mail in a timely manner due to our home being under constructionThe documents attached to the rebuttal are not the correct and signed documents, also, there is pending litigation with DCI, please remove from the Revdex.com siteShe also made statements that are untrue, such as the refund was for the Owners Unit Kitchen and was refunded through Elkay/Medallion and NOT Kitchen Cabinets and Design, I have the signed documentation for proofFOR RESOLUTION, I would like this case opened and a refund for invoice for the MIL/Rec Kitchen which still has glaring design issues and will cost a huge amount (will have to cut out the wall around the shelves) due to the way the contractor installed the floating shelvesI have photos, videos, phone records of phone calls made from Lowe's, full email chains, documents and notes where the design of the kitchen fall short Sincerely, [redacted]

Attached is the settlement form and information concerning cabinetry supplied for [redacted].I first met with [redacted] on 4-15-16 at the [redacted] location. I measured and we discussed the design for the MIL area. Then I met with her at the showroom and brought her paint samples to her work...

location at BP. Attached is the designfor the [redacted] Mother in Law Kitchenette and bath final version of 4 designs. This is what was ordered on 5-26-16. The back wall was built after I did the Design. There were some issues with the design going to the end of the wall, which [redacted] had wanted when we were designing. The contractor was Diversified Construction; Pete R[redacted]. He hadrecommended me for the cabinets after I had helped him with his kitchen.; acknowledgement #[redacted]. The cabinetswere delivered and sat for a while before the installation. Pete and [redacted] and I met at the jobsite coming up withsome solutions for issues at the MIL after the installation. She had chosen a range with huge handles which interferedwith the blind corner drawer so the entire run needed to be moved down. I ordered different sliding shelves and adrawer bank so that all would line up at the end of the wall at no charge. Pete's crew moved the run down and installedthe replacements. [redacted] did not like how the floating shelves wobbled. Pete and his crew did not have a solution so Ihired Scott, who had worked with the floating shelves before with Bousquet Projects. It took him a while to rebuild andinstall them correctly (they delaminate) but he finally did get them in. Chris (second contractor) said that [redacted] and[redacted] were Happy with the shelves. Scott and I were relieved. Chris had no experience installing Farm sinks and Pete'screw did not want to come back and install the farm sink as it was the curved kind with no lip over and takes about 4hours of careful cutting to get them perfect, so I hired Scott to do that as well to help the job forward. There was alsoone warranty door for the MIL (Ack # [redacted]). I thought all issues were taken care of on this unit, but later I heard thatthey are unhappy with the floating shelves. Also attached is the [redacted] Owner's Unit Kitchen (the complaint issue) and the baths. I met with [redacted] andPete R[redacted] at [redacted] to discuss possibilities/ideas for the kitchen and the baths on 6-24-16. I suggested moving thelaundry area so that the Master Bath could be bigger which worked well and was less expensive construction-wise. I met[redacted] & [redacted] at my showroom with the completed design on 7-7-16. They liked the design and the only change wasthe color. I rechecked what measurements I could on 7-12 prior to the order placed on 7-15-17. The cabinets weredelivered about 9-2-16. They sat in the garage for quite a while during a contractor change where nothing happened onthe house. I spoke with [redacted] about pulls/cabinet payment on 9-6-16. I had deposits on both orders, but balanceswere still due. I assured her that I would work with her on any issues even after the balance was paid. I received thebalance due on 11-16-16. She assured me that I was so great to work with and that the new contractor, Chris, was amuch better match. All communication on the cabinets was done through Chris.I did not receive any calls or e-mails from [redacted] or [redacted]. [redacted] did not consult me about any of the appliances orsinks. On 11-17 it was discovered that she purchased a farm sink for the owner's unit even though the design shows aregular sink base. I sent her an e-mail explaining this. She said that she had expected me to know that she wanted thesame look as the MIL. So, I ordered the new sink base at no charge. Chris was having some trouble with some of thedrawers tipping forward on top and not gliding well. So, I sent Scott over to clean up sticky drawers and how to alignthem. Chris reported some doors/door fronts that were not quite right so those were reordered on 11-29-16.[redacted] was unhappy with the seams in the corner drawer fronts. Scott had a quick solution of a quick swipe with atouch up finish stick, but [redacted] did not like them, so I ordered new corner drawer fronts after sending pies in with thewarranty order (Ack# [redacted]) on 12-15-16. Chris reported in mid-February after 1 delivered the replacement drawerfronts that he didn't think Medallion could satisfy her desire for perfection. He also said that some of the handle sizeshad been changed and that they needed 9 more handles which I ordered and did not charge for. When the handlescame in I notified Chris that I was bringing them by, and he said there was a new contractor on the job. So, I stopped byand met Gil, who said he and his crew were down from Fairbanks to clean up Chris's mistakes. He said he was a customcabinet builder and that the kitchen cabinets were not custom and not well made. The cabinets were covered withplastic so I did not get a view of them. He moved the plastic from the drawer bank next to the slide in range. The topdrawer was not lined up on the edge with the 2nd drawer edge by X". I told Gil that the drawer fronts were adjustable. He said "they are?" I told him that Scott had worked on some of the drawers already. Gil wanted Scott's contact info. When I relayed that conversation to Scott, Scott said there's no way this guy could be a custom cabinet builder and notknow you can adjust drawer fronts.I still had not had any calls ore-mails from [redacted] or [redacted]. Then, mid-March, I was CC'd e-mail communications toMedallion from [redacted] demanding her money back. On 3-14 at 7 am, after [redacted] had finished her lastconversation with Chad, she left me a voicemail stating that she needed a full refund on the cabinets by noon that dayor she would post negative reviews about me on the internet. I did not respond as that is a form of extortion. Later thatweek I received an e-mail from [redacted] stating I had until 3-22 close of business day for a full refund which I did not respondto either. I would have been happy to have a meeting at the jobsite prior to these threats to troubleshoot issues butnever received a request for that.1st Contactor was Pete R[redacted]; [redacted] has lean for $5000 on [redacted] House. Pete said on the walk thru on the Mother in Law that [redacted] was determined to find flaws that weren't thereon the walls. He said the project proceeded slowly because [redacted] and [redacted] were slow to make choices and respond. They also lied to each other and to Pete and his crew, would change their minds on work done and expect the changesto be no charge. The house is to be refinanced when more work is complete and this Lien will be payed from the bank.2nd Contractor was Kris; [redacted] Nice young guy butover his head on such a large project which I why I hired and paid Scott D[redacted], an experienced installer, to bring him upto speed on custom cabinet installation as he had very strange questions about the kitchen at the beginning. Scottworked with him and he seemed to catch on. He also said in a nicer way that [redacted] and [redacted] were difficult to workwith, lied and changed their minds, and did not seem to want solutions.3rd Contractor is Gil D[redacted].[redacted] He was at the [redacted] house with a crew of 2 others guys. Says he is a customcabinet builder, but did not know that drawer fronts could be adjusted. Met him on 3-7-17 at [redacted] when I deliveredthe additional no charge pulls. I think he had just started.I do hope the [redacted] and [redacted] do find slab painted cabinet doors that line up perfectly and don't change slightly withhumidity changes. I do not think that is possible so it may be a very long wait to finish their house. In 17 years of workingwith clients on cabinetry I have never experienced this level of extreme perfection.                                              [redacted]PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. [redacted]Attachments redacted by Revdex.com staff[redacted]
