My name is Fred ***, I contacted Kitchen Cabinets Express to upgrade and remodel my kitchen and then the balance of the interior of my homeThe people at K.C.Ewere very helpful, easy to deal with as they transformed my home into a very lovely placeThey were also very reasonable, honest, and professional in every step of the remodelI would recommend them to anyone seeking to remodel their home interiorEveryone went out of their way to insure that I would be proud and happy with my new homenot to mention that their price was the best

Our company policy is to record all incoming calls for quality controlAfter reading your letter, I went back and listened to the recorded conversation between our representative and Mr [redacted] "the complainer." Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe facts are as stated below I submitted the original complaint after some less than satisfactory conversation with a representative with the company In response, the business owner/manager contacted me via telephone and allowed me to listen to the recorded conversation We agreed on the following a) that he would email me the location / address of his business so I could come for a visit that same day b) I told him I would stop by around 2-PM c) we repeated this agreement at least twice d) The manager stated that at the time I called they simply did not have a "sample" of the advertised cabinets but that it could have been made available within an hour or so When one representative is using the sample another cannot, thus the response the original rep gave me I responded that this statement made no sense since the rep made absolutely zero reference to the fact he could get the cabinets at all e) I told him I would come for a visit and he said he would email me the address I gave him my email address and he repeated to me f) No email was sent to me g) I did not agree to withdrawal my complaint I told him plainly and simply that after my visit "IF" it turned out I had been mistaken then at that point I would offer him an apology It is clear to me and the way this man is dealing with twisting the facts, there is no further reason to trust anything he has to say Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello there, I will reply to ***'s answer in the order he had listed [redacted] stated "I asked email me the location / address of the business so I could come for a visit that same day." My reply, That is true, he did ask and I emailed him the information(I am attaching the proof -which is- a copy of that sent email) Please also note that our address is NOT a secrete and is clearly available on the Revdex.com website where Mr [redacted] had file his complaint, as well as, any other search engine available out there [redacted] stated " I will stop by around 2-PM." On march 21st Ms [redacted] hire us to supply and install cabinets, counter tops and re-install appliances which is exactly what we are geared towards handlingA payment schedule was provided and approved by customerAfter we had finished the electrical work that was part of our agreement and delivered cabinets, customer made her second payment as per scheduleso far all is goodThen we installed all of cabinets and handles and sub-tops and the 3th payment became due, at that point customer informed us that her AC went out and she had hired someone to replace and that she has no more money to pay us for her due paymentMs [redacted] asked if we could give her two weeks to pay since her son would be flying back in and would help here with payment, few weeks go by without hearing back from customer, we left many massages and still not answerThen four weeks later customer came in showroom with a friend requesting to finance payments, we agreed but the bank approve them for only a fraction of amountCustomer informed me not to worry and she is expecting a big settlement soon and promised to pay in few weeks, she plead to us to give her more timeSo not only I agreed but also flet her need and informed her that I will continue with the project and install her quartz counter tops without the immediate payment and for her to pay me when she canNext day we install her tops without out receiving payment for the past due amount nor the quartz top amountCustomer was extemely happy and informed me that not only she loved it but everyone who saw it does as well, However she wanted me to change the handles with other style, I agreed and informed her That I will have new handle in two days and I will go back to install right awaySince that meeting Ms [redacted] stops answering our many calls and massage for about four week, so I went to her house to find out the reason then I was informed by her friend who answered the door that she does not wish to talk to me without giving me the reason on why NOT! so I dropped her the written notice and walked awayand that was the only and last time I tried to reach herIt is obvious to me that customer decided to ignore us hoping that we just go away and forget about the remaining balance (which is very unethical)I have pictures of the kitchen with the beautiful state we left it inI will be more than happy and fixable to work out the balance with her and finish any remaining work, if she just be honest with us and I promise to be very understanding to her financial situation

We had an excellent experience working with KCE! Ammar and his team designed and remodeled our dated, inefficient ranch house kitchen into a beautiful space that I still can't believe is in my house We put off remodeling our kitchen for almost years, partly because we waited until we finished putting kids through college, but also because I was dreading the entire process after all of the terrible remodeling stories I've heard from friends over the years I followed the recommended process of interviewing three contractors, but I knew from my first meeting with Ammar in the KCE showroom, that he and his company were who I wanted to work with He listened to my objectives for the space and incorporated those into the design, but he also offered great ideas for making the space even better He's easy to do business with and his whole team pays close attention to all the details And our project was completed in about four weeks, including the kitchen remodel, painting the entire inside of our house, installing new front doors, and installing beautiful custom cabinets and granite counters in our linen closet space! KCE installed excellent products of the best quality, and we had a friendly and dedicated crew who were always responsive to our questions and a pleasure to work with [redacted] and his crew worked so hard and created the perfect space, staying late and working on Saturdays ***, who installed our cabinets, is a perfectionist and made sure everything looked amazing and was perfectly installedAnd [redacted] patiently and kindly fielded our calls and questions and helped with making inspection appointments with our city inspectors The project cost was very competitive and we never had a change order when we asked to minor changes or extra items KCE is the best!

I was referred to Kitchen Cabinets Express by a family friend who is known to be an excessive worrier in addition to being fairly picky and particular and figured if she was happy with her new kitchen it would be worth my time to stop in and see what they had to offer. Needless to say, Ammar and his team exceeded all of my expectations from the design to the timeliness of the project and, of course, the finished product! I scheduled an appointment for Ammar to see my place in its current state and he quickly noted the lack of counter space as well as the inefficiency of the layout of my kitchen - both of which were a source of frustration for me whenever I attempted to cook. After taking a peek and some quick measurements, Ammar promised he'd have some drawings mocked up for me in a few days and I made an appointment to stop by and see him over the weekend. I walked into their showroom not knowing exactly what I was looking for - all I knew was that my kitchen and bathrooms were in desperate need of an upgrade as well as a change in layout. In a matter of minutes, Ammar presented me with his recommendation for changing the layout in the kitchen to maximize counter space and storage as well as a recommendation for color schemes for cabinets, flooring, paint and countertops for both the kitchen and bathrooms. His taste in color and style is impeccable and timeless - I went with all of his recommendations without giving it a second thought and was elated when his quote came in well under my budget. Work started almost immediately and I appreciated that Ammar personally showed up on the first day of demolition and continued to check in at different points of the project. Everyone who set foot in my house was employed solely by Kitchen Cabinets Express as Ammar does not sub-contract out so they showed up on time every single morning as well as cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Maria, who handles all appointments and payments, was a pleasure to work with and constantly kept me in the loop of progress along the way. My kitchen and bathroom transformation was completed in 5 weeks, just shy of the original estimate, and I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the results. KCE provided an extensive remodel of our master bath and also installed baseboards and painted our master bedroomAmmar was very helpful in determining a revised, better-functioning configuration and in selecting the materials and colors to achieve the look we wanted The construction crew led by [redacted] was very hard-working and overall did a very good job There were a couple of minor glitches (i.e., interface of new tile and existing carpet and noise level of new fans) but these were resolved satisfactorily The crew worked long hours to complete the work on schedule and were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each work day The work was completed within the agreed contract price with a minor adjustment for additional work requested by us
