Review: We purchased a bathroom vanity on their website. The website listed the dimensions of the vanity (model BC088-4 60" Double Sink Vanity) as 60" W x 36" H x 22 1/2" D. The vanity is, in fact, NOT 60". It is 60.25" and will not fit in a standard 60" opening.To this day their website (accessed at 1:28PM PDT, 09/**/2012) still lists the same unit at the same dimensions. The vendor has taken no action to remedy the situation, despite being aware of, and acknowledging this issue. Please note, it is my understanding this is a drop ship item and the vendor is a reseller for another vendor and never took possession of the vanity.

They have, in fact, offered to pick it up, waive the re-stocking fee. They have also waived the "original packaging" requirement for returns given the shear volume of initial packaging as well as the fact the product was not represented correctly on their site. However, they are insisting we have a box to pack the unit in. There is no location where we could purchase a box that large and have asked the vendor, or the original shipper send or provide a box at pick up.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings has refused to settle a $1k+ dispute over a $25 box that would not be readily available in a retail setting. I have tried to explain that they should be holding the original vendor responsible, however, they do not seem to want to take steps to simply resolve the issu and have continued to insist we somehow get a box that large to resolve this issue. They seem to forget that we purchased something very specific to fit a very specific space and had no intent of returning had it been the correct size. In construction, a 1/4 inch means everything. Additionally, we have offered other solutions that they could do, such as pay a former to cut down and/or replace the granite top or pay a general contractor to redo drywall. No solution seems to work for them...except us getting a box we would have no ability to get in a retail setting.Desired Settlement: Please note, we have disputed with our credit card and have been issued a credit memo, however, they insist that is not a return. We are looking for a full refund and for someone to pick this vanity up which is currently sitting in our dining room in a small San Francisco loft.

Difficult to deal with. Was told one thing by person in chat then told something different over four hours later via email. Requested multiple times to discuss my unusual situation with a design person but was refused by chat person. Chat person was rude and dismissive.
